Last Week Of Series 😢 Week 4: THIS POST IS FOR MY ENTRY SPIN AND THIS DAMN SPLIT 😭(I forgot the name of it) but I worked hard for those two 😂😂 the entry is really what I was working on during class. I want that to be clean and smooth when I do it but just need more practice and conditioning that’s all. But overall this series was TOP NOTCH 🔥

I learnt a lot these 4 weeks and I can tell you the more you move up in pole and Lyra the more harder the tricks get but they also get more prettier so it’s fair 🤣 can’t be mad at that! Thank you @spinning.incircles for letting me join series! It was a joy learning from you again! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

She is crazyyyy 🤣😭😂 who does this. HER EXACT WORDS WERE: “I do this when I feel weak” from there I KNEW IT WAS SOME BULL! Cause huh??? You said you do this dynamic combo when you WEAK?! So it’s some crazy shit! PROCESS TO SHOW US THE CRAZY SHIT!

Week 3 WITH AUDIO: ☹️☹️ babyyyyyyyy the combo was small but fucking mighty 😠😠 I was struggling the entire class and was really like fuck it after the fourth time. But I kept going , with my amazing teacher @spinning.incircles she was patient, supportive, and directed me over and over. I am so glad to have a group that is so supportive because they know you can do it . It just a mind thing. I can say I WILL BE WORKING HARD ON THAT MOVE! Because 😭😭 why did it take my body and mind so long to understand that?!
