Thank you to Jessie and the team from Kachan Roy Physiotherapy for a fantastic education session with our shoe fitting team this morning!
@kachanroyphysio

Working in close conjunction with our local primary healthcare professionals is often an important consideration in our fitting services, and critical to building the knowledge and skillset of our staff.

Sessions like these ensure we are able to provide better guidance and recommendations to you.

Have a tough to solve injury or tricky feet to fit? Come chat with our shoe fitters and let's start solving the puzzle together! taken in Aerobics First by @aerobics_first

New Balance Supercomp Rebel V1 first impressions.

Took these shoes for a 31km double threshold day. Split into two sessions, I got a great feel for these shoes at slower and faster paces.

This is currently my favorite carbon trainer by far. The foam's bouncy, the upper's light, but also soft, and the geometry has a nice rocker. What more could you ask for in a trainer.

Thank you @aerobics_first and @newbalance for hooking me up. Very excited to use these for my Valencia Half build!

Did we do this trend right? Peter seems confident for this weekend! (Even though he’s not even registered, or on the right continent.) Do you think you could beat Pete? taken in Aerobics First by @aerobics_first
