Sorry to all my rep friends, but this one is going to hurt.

I tried the Plated Intense Serum. I wanted to love it. I really did. But for $250? I expected to see SOMETHING.

And I didn’t. Like nothing. Nada. Zip. For that price tag I expected a little something something.

But no.

But you all know this is my personal experience, my personal opinion, and absolutely not a personal attack. I share because I care. Take it or leave it.

So I’m curious. Have you tried it? Did you love it? Hate it? See results I somehow missed?

I’ve said it before, but for those still not listening: there is no such thing as retail. 👀

Stop ending consults with “you can grab some skincare on your way out”. Skincare belongs in the treatment plan. Pre-care to prep the skin. Post-care to protect the result. Maintenance to keep it.

And the cost is baked into the plan price, so the patient just perceives it as “these come with my treatment”.

No sticker shock. No second sales conversation. No front desk fumbling product questions. And no patient going home to use whatever they bought off TikTok shop on a freshly resurfaced face.

At the absolute bare minimum, every treatment plan should include post-care. Because you’re not selling products. You’re building outcomes.

Stop asking patients if they want the things you already know they need.

Apparently, having an opinion about an aesthetic device can cost you your entire Instagram account.

A device company filed a trademark infringement complaint over my personal review of their treatment.

I’ve given them two business days to withdraw their complaint.
Until then, I’m keeping the details limited.

But med spa owners? Pay attention.

When you’re investing six figures into technology, you deserve to know how the companies behind those devices respond to criticism.

Freedom to criticize a product shouldn’t depend on whether the manufacturer likes what you have to say.

Accountability is not bullying. Speaking about my own experience is not bullying. And showing receipts is not harassment.

I tried to handle this privately first. Now I’m showing exactly what happened, in chronological order, and allowing people to come to their own conclusions.

The copyright complaints came after I spoke publicly about my experience. My 30K-follower business account is now gone.

Call that sequence whatever you want.

I have the originals. I have the timestamps. I have the DMs. I have the receipts.

I’m not going to lie. This one fucking hurts.

Instagram isn’t just where I post content. It’s how I built my business. It’s how clients find me, how I educate this industry, and how I make a living. And right now, my account has been deactivated for copyright infringement after another creator filed claims against me regarding content I created and published first.

I have the originals.
I have the timestamps.
I have the screenshots.
I have the incriminating DMs and comments
I have the receipts.

So @instagram I’m asking you to actually look at them. Please have a human review the evidence and the chronology of what happened.

And to everyone who has called, texted, shared, made connections, checked on me, and fought for me, thank you. I genuinely didn’t realize how incredible this community was until I needed you.

This is a setback. It fucking sucks.

But losing an Instagram account doesn’t change who I am. It doesn’t change my expertise. It doesn’t erase the business I’ve built. And it sure as fuck doesn’t change my relentlessness to expose the parts of this industry that need to be exposed.

You can take away my platform. You cannot take away my voice.

And I’m not going anywhere.
