The whole purpose of my work is to create a world that recognises the power of female physiology so that women can free themselves from the ties of the medical system and misleading wellness trends.

Just today a client said to me that learning about her body and nutrition has made her realise that ā€œchange within any realm is within our own handsā€ — her very own words.

She explained it like this:

When you give more thought to your body, understanding what it needs and honouring it with good food and habits, and when you see improvements in your health because of your own choices, you inevitable feel empowered.

This empowerment is not something widely available to women. From a young age we’re taught that our bodies are not as good as mens because we bleed. We’re taught to hate on our periods, our body shape, the food we eat, even our own voice.

Teaching teenage girls about the power of their body is far more than just period education.

It’s raising a generation of women that are nourished, confident, healthy and don’t get trapped on a never ending medical waitlist and can see straight through the b*lls*it of wellness trends and supplements.

It’s raising a generation of women who understand their bodies are powerful.

I offer 1-1 sessions for any woman struggling with their hormones.

And I offer personalised mother daughter sessions, just like the one outlined above.

Every woman with Endo feels let down by the medical system in some way. Most of them are exhausted by fighting for their health.

Sonakshi managed to free herself from the relentless and debilitating pain, bloat, tension, cramping and fatigue that she experienced daily.

And actually learn more about how her body works than any medical practitioner would be able to teach her.

The Beat Your Endo Masterclass shows you how.

1. PMS is not normal. It’s common, but not normal

2. Your luteal phase is ran by progesterone, your calming hormone.

3. When progesterone is low, or not balanced with oestrogen, it doesn’t have its calming effects and that’s when PMS takes over

4. You don’t automatically make lots of progesterone, in fact it’s common for many women to not make ENOUGH

5. Progesterone is made by the corpus luteum, the emptied egg sac after ovulation

6. So how much progesterone you make depends on the health of your egg at ovulation

7. Your egg has been developing from a follicle for around 90 days up until ovulation

8. Your nutrition, sunlight, sleep and movement all determine the quality of your egg — that’s not up for argument

9. Progesterone is one of your most protective hormones, it’s far far more than just a pregnancy hormone

10. When your body is not making or using enough progesterone it can result in heavy painful periods, Endo growths, Adeno lesions, and fibroids

11. Your nervous system and your blood sugar directly impact how well your body uses progesterone

12. You can be making heaps and heaps of progesterone, but your diet and routine can dictate whether your body is using it

I’ve created Winter Rituals because I felt my body and mind needed some extra nourishment and I thought ā€œthis would make a great winter guideā€... so I made it into one!

But rather than it been a standard boring PDF you have to read through and are inevitably left feeling overwhelmed, I decided to break it down into 14 daily rituals, one of them landing in your inbox every morning for two weeks.

Rituals I have studied, honed and applied to myself and 100’s of my clients over the past 8 years.

Rituals that help bring me into my feminine. Create calm. Move more slowly and more intentionally through my day whilst still getting stuff done.

Rituals that give me good digestion, less bloating, daily bowel movements, strong immunity so I’m not wiped it by every cold.

These are rituals that make me enjoy winter and take all the goodness from what winter has to offer — trust me, there’s lots. This is the time BUILD your health girl.

So come and join me. I created this for myself so I’m absolutely doing it alongside you.

I can’t wait.

And it’s only Ā£25 - a treat for yourself this winter. Do it, you deserve it.

Rachel’s story is just one of many, and it could be yours in writing about next.

My clients aren’t special cases or lucky, they’re women just like you. They have a stressful job, busy schedule, family worries, financial concerns and poorly pets.

And they value themselves enough to invest their time, energy and money into their long-term health.

Because whether it’s time, money, stress or whatever that’s holding you back, that stuff is going to pass you by anyway.

There’s never a right time to work on yourself. Your health is important now, in the thick of whatever’s going on. Not just when things ā€œcalm downā€ - because do they ever?

Money is going to be spent on things regardless of whether you invest in your health or not. The price of Beat Your Endo is pennies compared to the value of your health. It’s also pennies compared to cost of excision surgery, time off work, time spent at endless doctors and specialist appointments, and all the time spent missing important occasions.

If you feel you don’t have time to do Beat Your Endo then that’s the problem in itself. That’s why BYE is built around systems that simplify life, not make it harder. You carry these systems on beyond our time together, that’s why my clients continue to live on great health years after our work together has finished.

Comment BYE for my Beat Your Endo masterclass and to book your enrolment call, even if you’re not sure — it’s best to get on a call together so we can discuss how BYE will help you.

These are the final enrolment calls for 2026 to fill up my last remaining spaces.

If you’ve been considering, now’s the time šŸ«¶šŸ¼. I can’t wait to get to know you and help you in ways you can’t even imagine yet … eeeek! by @af_nutrition

UNDERNOURISHMENT

Whether it’s not eating enough, over exercising, fasting, irregular meal timings, eating enough but not enough nutrient density …

And on top of that they are stressed.

They’re juggling a career, family, home, relationships.

They’re putting themselves last without even realising it.

This is hugely disrupting to their blood sugar and nervous system regulation.

And guess what…

When your blood sugars are dipping and your adrenaline is peaking continuously then your body can’t use the hormone that protects you from your PMDD.

That hormone is progesterone.

Progesterone is your calming hormone, it calms your mind, anxiety, digestion, helps you sleep, and gives you glowy skin.

Here are some signs you’re not making or using ENOUGH progesterone the week or so before your bleed:
- Low morning appetite
- Intense cravings
- Mood swings
- Anxiety
- Low mood
- Bloating
- Dull, dry skin
- Headaches or migraines
- Sleep troubles
- Tender breasts
- Water retention, puffiness
- Irregular cycles
- Short cycles
- Heavy, clotty bleeds

And if you have PMDD let me tell you, your body is not using ENOUGH progesterone, even if you’re making heaps of it.

I’ve helped 100’s of women overcome their PMDD through simple yet effective nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

I’ve been through my own struggles and helped too many women to not recognise that we need simplicity. We need the basics. And we build resilience from there.

And 100% of my clients PMS or PMDD symptoms have at least reduced, if not resolved — I do not say this lightly. I respect my work, my profession, and my clients experience.

If you want to work with me to address your symptoms, DM me and we will discuss how that would look for you. by @af_nutrition

Low stomach acid
Bile stagnation
Gut dysbiosis
Impaired gut mucosa
Sluggish thyroid function
High beta-glucoronidase
Anxiety
Stressed liver
Nervous system dysregulation
Mineral depletion

And on the back of that they likely have eczema, heavy and painful periods, PMS mood swings and heightened anxiety, 10am and 3pm energy dips, cravings, and poor sleep.

We can laugh about IBS all we like, but there’s a reason your doctor can’t actually help you — because its an umbrella term for a bunch of symptoms that they don’t know the cause of.

That’s where my work comes in.

I explore all of your symptoms, review your diet, your eating schedule, your daily routine and your external stressors.

I use that data to help you understand what is causing your symptoms, and more importantly, how we actually address them so that you no longer have IBS.

DM me to discuss how I can help you (it is me in my DM’s btw)

let me explain:

- Progesterone and Oestrogen ratio
- Nervous system regulation
- Blood sugar balance

I’ve worked with 100’s of women to reduce, even eliminate their PMS and PMDD symptoms the week or so leading up to their bleed and these are the 3 areas that always need support:

Progesterone and Oestrogen

Post ovulation progesterone should be the dominant hormone but for SO many women oestrogen is calling the shots because of:
- Weak or missing ovulation
- Blocked progesterone
- Sluggish oestrogen detox
- Both of the above

Nervous system

Adrenaline and cortisol block progesterone, so even if you are ovulating and ovulating well, if your internal stress response is heightened your body will not be able to utilise the progesterone it’s making

Blood sugar regulation

Drops in blood sugar trigger adrenaline and cortisol rise, and Dr Katharina Dalton found that just ONE drop in blood sugar can block progesterone for up to 7 days!

There’s NO WONDER so many women are suffering with PMS and PMDD.

In my clinic I address PMDD from the above and by doing so have changed 100’s of women’s lives.

It’s not a condition that you have to suffer through. You don’t have to rely on medication or hormones. It can be managed long-term through nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

I see these PMDD transformations time and time again in clinic.

Every single client who has come to me with PMDD has seen her symptoms reduce, if not completely resolve.

And this happens on a space of 1-3 cycles.

October clinic is booking up and I’m opening November start dates too.

You can book an application call to talk through your symptoms and struggles with me and get yourself on my clinic waitlist.
