She didn’t need a basic business coach or “content plan”

Christ - Abby’s more viral than me.

She hired me not to be taught to suck eggs. But before she wants to scale this incredible business to multi six figures. She wanted to feel in control. And be crystal clear on her direction.

Which can be particularly challenging when yeeeears into business and your business has become a mix of several different mentors/coaches methods or frameworks. And a jumble of several offers.

🔥 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 This progression happens when you link arms with the right person, who accelerates the shit out of you, in a way that protects your work/life separation more than ever.

👉🏻 Sharpens the blindspots in the plan for the next 12 months you’re too close to see.

👉🏻 Is the expert sounding board your partner, god love him, doesn’t have the experience to be.

👉🏻 And holds you accountable for not coasting.

Could you “do it by yourself?”
No - or you would have this year.

BUT that doesn’t mean it’s not you who deserves 100% of the credit. Or that you don’t “know” in theory, what to do.

It’s time to understand that nuance.

For any woman who’s ever been dismissed when she knew something was off…

…and for the ones who stopped going so it could not happen again. That one is me. 🙋🏼‍♀️

I felt “off” for about 3 months until I started to do something about it. And it was NOT my GP who I reached out to first.

My first call was two of my own clients, both hormone dietitians. Both said the same thing:

Labs might not be the place to start.

Hormones swing across the cycle and across the day, so you can get a “normal” back when something is clearly off, or a number that looks alarming and means very little by Thursday.

So I started with food and lifestyle instead.

I worked with Abby @af_nutrition, who specialises in PMS and PMDD. My PMS had got so bad I didn’t want to leave the house for the entire week before my period.

One month in…My cycle stretched from 21 days to 26. My mood levelled out. My libido started to slowly show signs of life. Just by changing my diet.

What didn’t go away: the adult acne. 😭

So I went to Athina @theskinexplained, who went through my skincare products and cut my routine way back. Many of her recommendations aligned with what Abby recommended. Not an overnight cure.

I did finally see my OBGYN. Labs are ordered. Results pending.

I also saw a naturopath, who sent me home with a bunch of supplements. We shall see 🙏🏼

Paying out of pocket for second opinions is a privilege - I know that.

If something is going on in your body and your GP waved you off, don’t stop there.

The specialists exist. Many of them are online, and we’re happy to connect you if we can.

What symptoms have you been struggling with, or something you’ve been wondering about and never got an answer to when it comes to your (hormone) health?👇🏼🤍

Your gut and endometriosis may be connected—but not in the way social media often claims.

Research suggests that many patients with endometriosis have changes in their gut microbiome and are more likely to experience digestive symptoms like bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and IBS.

But here’s the truth:

❌ The gut does not cause endometriosis.
❌ There is no stool test that can diagnose it.
❌ No probiotic or “gut healing” protocol has been proven to cure it.

Your gut matters, but it’s only one piece of the puzzle.

Have you experienced “endo belly” or digestive symptoms with your endometriosis?
