As a woman who spent her ENTIRE life with children, I thought I'd be able to snap my fingers into MOMdom. Here's what I found...
No 2 kids are alike, so you still have to adjust
The decisions you made before parenthood affect parenthood
Health is wealth
Your kid doesn't care about your excuses...
They could be your reason or your excuse, but only one will lead to their respect 🙏🏾 choose wisely.

I am a Mom who is finding new ways to enjoy the 40s and be the best example for my Mini. Letting my habits become undisciplined was UNWISE, but God is a redeemer ✝️ I can adapt change.

To do this, I am starting in the mind but I got this body working today. I feel better than I ha e the last 2 weeks.
