What a beautiful feeling it is to connect with your business partners on a deeper level! Yesterday’s Fall Festival was a beautiful reminder that what we’re building goes far beyond business. We’re building relationships, creating memories, and forming bonds that make us feel like family. 🧡

Being able to raise our children in an environment where they learn the value of winning, grit, integrity, purpose, and family is truly priceless. Watching our worlds come together and having the opportunity to meet their children took the experience to another level. There’s something special about knowing you’re surrounded by people you can grow with, learn from, celebrate with, and do life with and knowing that feeling is mutual. 🥹❤️

Because at the end of the day, success isn’t just about what you achieve; it’s also about who you become, who you surround yourself with, and who you bring along on the journey.

So, let me ask you:

💜 DID YOU KNOW OCTOBER IS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH? 💜

Did you know that nearly 1 in 3 women worldwide has experienced physical or sexual violence in her lifetime? And did you know that men are victims of domestic violence, too? For some survivors, escaping an abusive situation means leaving with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Imagine starting over without clothes for work, shoes for your children, diapers, blankets, or even basic personal care items. But here’s what I know: It only takes a few people with compassionate hearts to help restore someone’s dignity, rebuild their confidence, and remind them that their future is worth fighting for! 💜 Sometimes the smallest act of kindness becomes the first step toward someone’s greatest new beginning.

That’s why I Am Strong Consulting is partnering with All Access Real Estate and Consulting to make a difference this month! We’re collecting new and gently used clothing for women, men, and children; professional attire; shoes; diapers; blankets; hygiene products; and other essential supplies to deliver to local shelters at the end of October and beginning of November. The generosity has already started pouring in, and we’re believing our community will SHOW UP and SHOW OUT for individuals and families who have courageously decided that NOW is their time to break free and begin again! We’ve shared this initiative on LinkedIn and Facebook, and we’d love for YOU to be part of it. If you’re comfortable, share your story and what inspires you to give. If you’d rather give quietly, we honor that, too. DM me or All Access Real Estate and Consulting to coordinate a donation, or drop your items off at our office. THE UNDAUNTED WOMAN IN BUSINESS 💼✨

This weekend was all about SISTERHOOD. ❤️

The rawness. The transparency. The mentorship. The marriage and relationship advice. The overcoming. The stories shared. The lessons learned. And most importantly, the inspiration to simply GO OUT THERE AND WIN, WOMEN! 🔥

There is something powerful about being in a room surrounded by women who are willing to be vulnerable, share their experiences, pour into one another, and remind each other that we are capable of so much more.

She doesn’t wait for the perfect moment, she creates one.

An undaunted woman in business understands that challenges are part of the journey. She may face rejection, setbacks, uncertainty, and moments when the road feels difficult, but she refuses to let fear decide her future.

She shows up when no one is watching.
She keeps learning when things don’t go as planned.

{NAT RUNS A MARATHON‼️}

Y’ALL, WE FREAKING DID IT. Nat ran her first full marathon, 26.2 miles, VIRTUALLY! The biggest emotion I feel is thankfulness- I’m so thankful that my people showed up and cheered, for all the hydration stops that was truly more support than anything else.

For my girl Cat running this with me, for my girl Jess waking up early and being there the whole entire race and these two gals for being alongside me this whole training season, thank you, I love y’all❤️

For my best friends showing up at mile 17 when I was starting to be super emotional and being at every stop afterwards, I didn’t know I needed that, but God did, and I’m so thankful for y’all’s love and support, I love y’all❤️

For my family showing up and showing out- especially having my uncle show up EARLY to see me take off at 5:30. He surprised me quite a bit😂, but nevertheless I felt so love and supported, thank you for being there, I love y’all❤️

To my girl Shunny, the words ‘thank you’ doesn’t even seem good enough to express the love and gratitude I have for you and your friendship. ou’ve been a friend and a coach, you’ve seen me close to tears wanting to partly give up and you STILL telling me and reminding me I can absolutely do it, for every single role you played in putting this virtual race together, thank you, I love you❤️

And the last thank you I have is to my Heavenly Father. God, You continue to find ways to show me not only that You’re real, but that You love me and designed me with purpose. You continue to show me that not only can I do hard things, but that I can do ALLLL things BECAUSE OF YOU! You have taught me so much on my running journey, and I’m excited to share more of those things with Your people. You’ve also healed me in so many ways with running, thank you. I love you, I’m so proud to be the woman You’ve created me to be. All the honor and glory from this accomplishment goes to you, Father, and I’m ready for what You have planned for me yet❤️
