SATS celebrates 30 years this year and during the month of March there are a lot of special event classes,
different concepts and classes that have been a part of the class range over the years

Yesterday we taught an AfHo class, that was a regular class on the schedule for 2 years at SATS

So much fun
👏🏽❤️

Thank You Mommo for an awesome team sesh and Thank You team for dancing with us

AfHo - my dance concept that makes you liberate, celebrate & stay in shape

12 years, over 700 trained instructors and 36 releases (that’s a lot of 8-cts)

Instructors have been teaching this class
(are teaching)
in Sweden, Norway, Finland, US, Estonia & Spain

And it’s been a frequent part of Fitness Trips in several sunny places 🌴☀️

I am so freakin proud of - and grateful for -!the entire AfHo community;

Instructors, my fierce, loyal ROCKSTAR Instructors - you are everything
💖🙏🏽💖

All of the people that have supported the concept;
The participants that are rocking the dance floor every week

The gyms and studios that brought it in on the schedule

All of the magazines, blogs, and other media platforms that have acknowledged AfHo and given it visibility

My team of ambassadors, trainers, spokes persons and influential voices over the years,
like @mommo91 @mcajdert @sofialaas @marcsantamaria @viverenewyork @febben
you have all been extra significant for this concept
❤️🙏🏽❤️

All of the DJ’s and music masterminds that helped and inspired me
@ollerehnqvist 🌟❤️🎶🎧
@memyselfandj @michelleoppe @robertsorensen & of course @swedebeatmediagroup
THANK YOU
🙏🏽💖🌟

And of course ,
the person that have helped me with technical stuff that I suck at
@jcajdert - you are amazing
🙏🏽💖

@pernillape - thank you for helping me create & capture the perfect essence of AfHo in pictures
You are the best 🌟🙏🏽

And everybody else who have been on my AfHo-Journey somehow
I ❤️ you
Thank You

It’s not the end of the journey but it’s a longer touchdown to regroup and recharge

I will still present AfHo at events,
the already existing instructors will keep teaching and this summer I’ll introduce an online training for potential new instructors

But 36 will be the last release for a while, it’s a mega release, enjoy it

PS,
Can you believe that the person in the photo above is a winter-hater to the core?

Let it be a reminder that not everything is as it seems in SoMe 😉

Me & Mommo dancing on Times Sq

One of the most ”touristy” places in the world, but also a place where multiple nationalities meet everyday, in peace n joy and with good energy
How about that?

Mommo har synts i mitt flöde många ggr, framförallt i @afho.se sammanhang
💥
Jag utbildade Mommo i BODYJAM way back in the days och har sen följt hans utveckling både from a far och nära inpå - speciellt på senare år som ROCK🌟 AfHo-instruktör och ambassadör
✨

som bara ÄR såsom många eftersträvar att ”appears” som;

🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
