POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

My first Double Digit bass. The fish I travelled 6000 miles for, during wintertime, 3 years in a row. Blood, sweat and tears.
A fish of a lifetime, caught on a rental boat, on my own, without any electronics. It was my absolute dream to catch a true giant this way, here in South California. I still can’t believe it but I’m over the moon.

Thank God, some very good people were on the water close to me my that day, like Jim who came straight away on his belly boat to see that fish and to take a few pictures (coming later), and @bruceabassman from @swimbaitunderground who jumped into my boat and took these dope pictures too. Thanks again so so much to both of you for being a part of this unforgettable day, to that very cool guy I met on the shore, to all my friends here who were so dedicated and so happy for me on the phone that day and for the dozens of messages I received from all of you all day and all night long, and thanks again so much to my new family there up to Temecula, they were as happy a me, I will be emotional again thinking about that.
Thanks a billion times to Matt from @86baits for that @chaos_bait , my friend, I will remember it forever. I will tell you the whole story about that bait in a little bit.

REDEMPTION?

One year ago I lost a PB with my good friend @condogfishing . We were devastated and we spoke about it all year. We both needed redemption.
Here is a picture of my very last fishing day of this trip, from two days ago.

I will post the whole story later, and the result (did we catch the fish or not? As you can see, it’s not sure), but this one was a good one to introduce my whole journey, as winter fishing for giants in SoCal can be very (very!) challenging.

I will try my best to post the other stuff in the right order, and again, thanks so much to everyone involved in this trip of a lifetime!🙏🏻
