Snuck out for a morning sesh to see if I could find me a birthday fish, and was blessed by this beautiful 45.5 greeny to break a skunk streak. After several hours of nothing but a couple lazy follows I grabbed the ol faithful @bullshad_swimbaits trick shad and within 20 minutes got this one to smoke it on the pause. First purebred of the season, super pumped for these fish to strap on the feed bag and start really filling out, bring on the cold! @leviathanrods muskie merc ftw 🐉

Sadly not 100% sure on the weight, scale read 8’2 but after a quick check with a 10lb dumbbell it read around 9’8 there’s no way to tell if the dumbbell is wrong, or if my scale is wrong. But at least it’s an excuse to buy a Brecknell

Tubezilla prototype continues to get smoked, this time by a beautiful 49” boatside. An epic fish for this area. @hatchmatchbaits making far and away the most durable magnum tube I’ve used, no contest. As always, @leviathanrods Muskie Merc.

My 53rd muskie of the season, tying my previous record back in 2022. Added a few other pics of recent fish over 40” on Tubezilla, 9” WRK @click_bait_customs and 12” boot @dcswimbaits. #leviathanrods
