POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
As the real estate market becomes more fragmented, our job is to help bring it back together.

That means connecting more of the market, not building another walled garden. Giving buyers broader access to listings, preserving seller choice, and making sure agents remain at the center of the experience.

Our partnership with Zillow is an important step toward that vision.

Soon, Zillow Preview listings will flow directly into RealScout, giving the 100,000+ agents on our platform and their clients earlier access to homes before they officially hit the market.

More transparency. More access. More of the market, through you.

This is what we’re building toward at @realscout and we’re just getting started. by @aflachner

Give, give, give, ask.

That’s the exact framework Ryan Serhant used to follow up with a lead who ghosted him for five straight years—which eventually turned into a $16M deal.

The secret? Provide actual value every time you reach out, and never say “just checking in.” 🤢

One lesson life keeps teaching me: the most worthwhile things spend a long time looking like they’re not working.

You put in effort and see no return. You question yourself. Progress feels invisible. Sometimes the people around you don’t fully get it.

But if you stick with it long enough, the compounding curve starts to bend. People see the momentum and assume it was obvious all along.

The biggest mistake creators make with top-performing content: using it only once.

A winning reel can easily become a high-converting carousel, and vice versa - double your reach without doubling your workload.

Choosing a co-founder is the most consequential decision an entrepreneur will ever make.

You spend an extraordinary amount of your life with this person. You put your reputation, livelihood, and ambitions in each other’s hands.

Today marks 20 years since I met Michael Parikh, my co-founder and CTO at RealScout. We met in college, became roommates, and eventually lived across the hall from each other during the early days of building RealScout.

Our first venture was a double-dating website. Michael was learning to code. I was learning how to be a CEO. Neither of us really knew what we were doing, but we worked hard and someday managed to sell the company for equity to the former CEO of Match.com.

In many ways, it laid the foundation for what would become RealScout.

Along the way, we’ve experienced just about every high and low that comes with entrepreneurship. And through it all, we’ve remained close friends.

I’m sitting down with Zillow CEO Jeremy Wacksman for an upcoming episode of Playmakers, and I want to hear from you.

We’ll explore what’s next for Zillow and get into some of the biggest issues confronting real estate right now

But I also want to make sure we’re asking the questions *you* want answered.

If you had the CEO of Zillow across the table, what topics would you cover? by @aflachner

The way buyers find homes is changing. Some brokerages are building walled gardens around pre-market inventory, where what a buyer can see depends on where their agent hangs their license.

I believe in the opposite approach. I use @realscout with all of my buyers because I want them to have as much visibility into the market as possible, through the agent they already know and trust.

That’s what RealScout and @zillow are working toward. With Zillow Preview listings coming to RealScout soon, more pre-market inventory will be visible to buyers regardless of which brokerage their agent works for.

You shouldn’t have to choose your agent based on who has the inventory. The inventory should come to you. taken in Los Angeles, California by @aflachner

I’ve gotten a lot of questions about how the RealScout/Zillow partnership came together, and why I think they chose us.

Zillow has announced two syndication partners for Preview Listings: Realtor.com and RealScout.

Zillow already has massive consumer reach, and Realtor.com extends that reach even further.

RealScout serves a different use case.

When buyers move from casual browsing into higher-intent home search (collaborating with their agent, comparing properties, sharing feedback and making decisions) that’s where RealScout leads the industry.

In this clip, I share a little more about how the partnership came together and why that distinction mattered.

Zillow Preview Listings will be live in RealScout later this year, and we’re excited to help agents bring their clients more of the market through the agent they already trust.

One of the most useful things Chris Voss taught me: people don’t need you to agree with them to feel understood.

Repeat back what you heard. Listen for what’s underneath it. And don’t be afraid to let someone correct you.

Simple, but incredibly effective.

Why knock on a $500k door when you can knock on a $30M door?

James Harris explains that if you want to build high-level success, you have to push past your comfort zone and eliminate the fear holding you back.
