This basement renovation was a complete transformation for a repeat client. They wanted the space to have its own dedicated gym, kitchen, living area and a bedroom and bath for their aging parents.

Last year we teamed up with @tom_johnson_mvllc on a major renovation — a two-story addition and a stunning three-season porch. The backyard and pool were under construction at the same time, so we had to wait a while before getting photos of the finished space. On a recent visit, we finally snapped a few iPhone pics, and we’re still in awe of how beautifully it all came together. taken in Pittsford , New York by @afrankandcollc
