Known for a sound that sits in the deep end of the genre, Submarine will bring you liquid melodies, halftime arrangements and minimal madness for a journey unlike anything that has blessed your ears. With an insane catalogue on labels such as 1985 Music, Demand Records and Flexout Audio, he’s well equipped to deliver a set that won’t be forgotten.

We’ve also hand-picked a support crew that, alongside Submarine, will take the night to another level: DXN, Louder, Intec, Pearly, Gunn, Zillah, Fe, Java all being hosted by Timmy P… Wellington’s finest. These selectas have been sculpted by the gods to bring you only the very best selections known to man, and they’ll ensure your legs are skanking with your bass faces on. All. Damn. Night.

As our very first international artist, we couldn’t be happier to show Submarine what Wellington’s made of. We’ve wanted to bring a headliner from overseas for a long time and are finally getting it done, with a producer whose sound fits our city’s vibe to a T!

HYPHO & WRAZ | NOKTURNAL SOUNDS #001

Nokturnal Sounds brings two heavyweights of underground bass to Afters.

UK producer and Manuka Records founder HYPHO blends deep dubstep, garage, breakbeat and techno. With releases on Swamp81, Deep, Dark & Dangerous and Deadbeats, his sound has earned support from Skream, Truth and Loefah.

Canada’s WRAZ brings deep, dark dubstep, grime and halftime, driven by heavy analog bass and intricate drums. With releases on DEEP MEDi, Artikal Music and Deep, Dark & Dangerous, and appearances at Shambhala and Lost Lands, he’s built a reputation far beyond his Montreal roots.

45-minute solo sets from each, followed by a full 90-minute HYPHO B2B WRAZ.

The picture attached denotes the identity of people who will be emitting particular noises at different points in the evening.

It will be koha entry, and but it will be $100 exit. If this is an issue you will have the stay in the bar until this can be resolved soz.
