First up -
Stacey Lee
Stacey Lee’s influences span broadly from 80’s hip hop to nu metal and modern pop. A topical application of femininity over a fast beat. A Stacey Lee set is high-energy and unpredictable, but always staunchly grounded on a foundation of heavy electro

Second up -
M.Cap
selena aka m.cap is a Chinese-Kiwi selector, multidisciplinary artist, graphic designer with a deep rooted passion for the nz local electronic music scene. Her multi-genre selection ranges from groovy four to the floor and club tools to classic jungle and breakbeat - wherever the sound extends, groove is a must. As the Founder of NineOhNine - a community building platform that runs girls and femmes only dj workshops - Selena’s mission is to see more poc wahine djs at the frontier of the electronic music scene and to create a platform to educate and connect a community through a shared love for the sound

Event Horizons is back at Afters with a night built for the heavier, darker side of techno.

Driving. Hypnotic. Hard. No genre switching, no easing in. Strictly techno from the first beat to the last.

Third Eye HiFi shaking the room, with lasers, strobes and space-themed decor taking you deeper as the night goes on 🔊

We’re going deep.

Hailing all the way from Berlin, Vault 9 is very proud to announce:

SUBMARINE

Wellington, you’re in for another night of deep, rolling Drum & Bass! Known for a sound that sits in the deep end of the genre, Submarine will bring you liquid melodies, halftime arrangements and minimal madness for a journey unlike anything that has blessed your ears. With an insane catalogue on labels such as 1985 Music, Demand Records and Flexout Audio, he’s well equipped to deliver a set that won’t be forgotten.

We’ve also hand-picked a support crew that, alongside Submarine, will take the night to another level: DXN, Louder, Intec, Pearly, Gunn, Zillah, Fe, Java all being hosted by Timmy P… Wellington’s finest. These selectas have been sculpted by the gods to bring you only the very best selections known to man, and they’ll ensure your legs are skanking with your bass faces on. All. Damn. Night.

As our very first international artist, we couldn’t be happier to show Submarine what Wellington’s made of. We’ve wanted to bring a headliner from overseas for a long time and are finally getting it done, with a producer whose sound fits our city’s vibe to a T!

The lineup is stacked, the date is set, and the venue is pumped. We’ll be delivering vibes that are deep, melodic and memorable. Even Eminem would tell you this opportunity comes once in a lifetime, so don’t miss it. Get your tickets ASAP!
