If you’re new here, I’m Crystal Harris, formerly Crystal Hefner. I spent a decade inside the Playboy Mansion, but my story didn’t end when I left.

Now I’m studying psychology, unpacking what happened behind those gates, and talking about the part nobody talks about enough: what happens after you leave. The identity you lost, the patterns you didn’t understand, and the process of figuring out who you are when no one else gets to decide for you.
