POSTS STORIES REELS

1. You're making your biggest decisions when you're most tired. Deciding what's for dinner at 6pm when you're hungry, tired and everyone's asking questions is a highway to stress.

2. You keep saying, “It's easier if I just do it.” And sometimes…it absolutely is.... Today. But if you always do it because teaching/asking/waiting takes longer, you stay responsible for it forever. 👀

3. You confuse noticing something with being responsible for it. Just because you saw the overflowing bin first doesn't automatically mean "Congratulations! You've won a new task" 😭

4. You're trying to become better at carrying everything instead of questioning why you're carrying it. A home shouldn't depend on one person if multiple people live there.

5. You want help — but you also want it done your way 👀
If someone else owns a responsibility, sometimes you have to let them own how they do it too. Otherwise you've delegated the task but kept the management.

Whew. This one is personal 🥹

It’s funny how much clearer life can look when you look backwards...

There were seasons I questioned. Seasons that felt ordinary. Seasons I thought had gone completely wrong. And seasons where I couldn’t see what God was doing at all.

But I can see now that He was teaching me, shaping me and preparing me...even when I had absolutely no idea what for.

And somewhere along the way, the thing I had to learn in my own home became the thing I now help other women with: carrying less of the mental load at home.

Not by becoming more organised or squeezing more into the day - but by creating simple systems so the home doesn’t depend on one woman remembering everything. ❤️

Maybe someone else needs this reminder today too:
Don’t dismiss the season you’re in just because you can’t see where it’s leading yet.

God sees the whole story. You only have to be faithful with the part He’s given you today ❤️

A faster mum isn't the solution.
A better shared system is 🤍

I help women take the stress out of running their homes by creating simple, practical systems that work for their families.

From food and meal planning to household routines, family responsibilities and keeping on top of everything.

And importantly, getting everyone involved so it doesn't all fall on you ❤️

Because honestly, I cannot be figuring out what to cook every single day anymore 😫

Feeding a family is enough work without making dinner a whole production every evening.

The goal isn't to do more. It's to find ways to make running your home easier on yourself ❤️
