SAVE THE DATE ✨

Am 21.06.2026 feiern wir 1 Jahr Agamy Studio. 🤍

With every inhale you arrive in your body,
with every exhale you let go
of what you no longer need to carry.

Your body carries you through every season of your life.
How you move today shapes how you feel tomorrow.

At Agamy, we believe in conscious movement,
lasting strength and a body that supports you –
on and off the reformer.

This is more than a workout.
It’s a practice you take with you.

Move with intention. Move with Agamy. by @agamystudio
