Your routines are supposed to make your life feel calmer Not give you another list of things to keep up with Some of you are expecting routines to create more time all by themselves Put simply… You can have a beautiful plan for your week. But if everyone else gets to write in your diary first, there’s never going to be a page left for you. The routine can be brilliant. But if it doesn’t reflect YOUR actual life, priorities and needs, it’s never going to give you the freedom you’re looking for. And when your routine is built around everyone else? You end up reacting all day. Snapping at the kids. Feeling guilty for taking five minutes for yourself. The problem isn’t routines. It’s the way we’re using them. A routine is only as effective as the life it’s designed around. Which means if YOU don’t understand what you actually need, your routine won’t either. And if your routine feels impossible to stick to? You’ll end up feeling like you’re failing. When actually, the routine was never designed for your life in the first place. THIS is exactly why I created The Intentional Mum Method. A 90-day coaching programme designed specifically for working mums with school-aged children who want to reclaim their time, energy and identity without adding MORE pressure to their already-full lives. Because I never wanted mums to have to choose between: 👉 keeping everyone else happy while putting themselves last OR 👉 feeling guilty for wanting a life outside motherhood This is NOT another rigid mum routine. It’s about creating a life that actually works for YOU. The best part? 👉 You create time for yourself every day 👉 You feel calmer and more in control 👉 You reconnect with the woman you are outside motherhood You’re just not doing this the hard way anymore If you’re tired of constantly reacting and ready to start living more intentionally, now is the time to start. DM me “INTENTIONAL” and I’ll show you exactly how it works ❤️ by @agapare_coaching
The things mums celebrate that other people just don’t understand 😂☕ A hot coffee. An uninterrupted shower. An hour to yourself. But those “little things” are often the first signs that you’re finding your way back to yourself. You don’t need to become a different person. You just need to stop putting yourself at the bottom of the list. That’s exactly what we work on inside The Intentional Mum Method ❤️ by @agapare_coaching
I didn’t spend I created a life where I have time for myself again because I built it like a mum who didn't plan on losing herself forever wasting my time wondering if this was just what motherhood looked like now. I didn’t worry that putting myself first meant I was letting my family down. I didn’t obsess over keeping everyone else happy while ignoring what I needed. I focused on creating a life that worked for me and my family. And I moved like it was already guaranteed. Because from the very beginning, I decided: This wasn’t about becoming a perfect mum. This wasn’t about squeezing more into an already full day. This was about becoming a woman who could enjoy motherhood without disappearing inside it. And here’s the real difference: Most mums don’t stay stuck because they’re not trying hard enough. They stay stuck because they spend their entire headspace preparing for life to always feel overwhelming. Telling themselves there’s no time for them. Waiting until the kids are older before they focus on themselves. Believing everyone else’s needs have to come before their own. While the mums who create a life they love? They don’t entertain that noise. They move like feeling calm, confident and connected to themselves is possible, because to them, it is. They create routines that support them. They set boundaries without guilt. They make space for the woman they were before motherhood. That’s how I built this. Not from perfection. From decision 🚀 by @agapare_coaching
No one talks enough about how weird it is to realise you've disappeared into motherhood and have to find yourself again. 👀 Because one minute you're doing what every mum does... Packing lunches. Remembering appointments. Keeping everyone organised. Making sure everyone else is okay. And then one day you catch yourself thinking... "When did I stop feeling like me?" 😭 It's such a strange place to be. On the outside, it looks like you're holding everything together. But on the inside? You already know something has to change. That disconnect can feel incredibly lonely, especially when everyone around you thinks you're doing fine. Your partner, your friends, even your family aren't trying to be dismissive. They just don't understand why you're suddenly craving time for yourself, space to breathe, or a life that feels like yours again. But you understand. Because deep down you know this was never about having a cleaner house or a perfectly organised routine. It was always about... ✨ Feeling like yourself again. ✨ Having energy left at the end of the day. ✨ Enjoying motherhood without losing yourself in the process. And I genuinely believe one of the bravest things a woman can do is become the first. The first in her family to stop putting herself last. The first in her friendship group to redefine what motherhood looks like. The first to make changes before everyone else understands why. ❤️ Because every mum you see today who seems calm, confident and full of life was once the mum crying in the kitchen wondering, "Is this really how life is going to be?" People only see the transformation. They rarely see the messy middle. The part where you know you want something different, but you don't yet know how to get there. That's the part where everything begins to change. So if you're in the "I love my children, but I feel like I've lost myself" season... Please know you're not alone. There are so many working mums feeling exactly the same. And many of us started exactly where you are now. ❤️ 👋 Follow me if you're ready to reclaim your time, energy and identity—without sacrificing being the amazing mum your children ne by @agapare_coaching
Being a working mum is so humbling 😭 One minute you’re planning your future where you finally have an hour to yourself every day, mentally booking that weekend away and imagining the version of you who actually finishes a hot cup of tea… And the next you’re hiding in the downstairs toilet for two minutes because everyone needs something from you before 7:30am 💀 Like the emotional range required to get your own life back genuinely needs to be studied Because why are we simultaneously: 👉 convinced we’re going to become the calm, patient mum we want to be AND 👉 snapping because someone asked where their PE kit is… again 😭 But honestly? I actually think this is a GOOD sign Because the mums who get themselves back usually believe life can feel different before they know how they're going to make it happen. That’s what keeps you going through the early days The bit where: You still feel guilty taking an hour for yourself The washing basket never seems empty You keep slipping back into old habits And everyone still expects you to carry the mental load 💀 The mistake most mums make is thinking these moments mean it’s never going to change When really… this is just the normal reality of changing the way your family works Nobody starts with hours of free time Nobody starts with rock-solid boundaries Nobody starts feeling completely guilt-free 😭 You build that And usually the mums who DO build it are the ones willing to keep going through the awkward stage where asking for help, taking time for themselves and doing things differently feels uncomfortable. So if you’re currently in the “future calm mum trapped in survival mode” phase… Congratulations 😭 You’re probably way more normal than you think 👋 Follow me if you’re a working mum working towards finding time for yourself without the guilt I promise we’re all a little unhinged over here 😛🔥## by @agapare_coaching
POV: motherhood used to mean running on empty every single day 😭 Like genuinely… Trying to hold down a job, keep the house from falling apart, remember every school trip, every packed lunch, every activity — while your nervous system is absolutely fried?? Absolutely not 💀 And the worst part was never even the exhaustion… It was doing ALL of that and still not having a single minute that felt like yours 😭 Because be so fr… Most working mums did not sign up for motherhood because they dreamt of losing themselves completely They became mums because they wanted to: 👉 raise their kids with love and presence 👉 feel proud of the home they'd built 👉 have a career that meant something 👉 still be a person in their own right Not spend every evening running on fumes and doom-scrolling just to feel something 😭 THAT is why The Intentional Mum Method is changing the game for the mums inside 👀 Because now? 👉 they have daily routines that actually hold without them carrying everything alone 👉 their partner and kids are sharing the load — genuinely 👉 they have time that is theirs, every single day, guilt free 😛🔥 (yes, even with school runs and full time jobs 😭) No more crashing into bed with nothing left No more snapping at the kids and lying awake feeling guilty No more wondering who you even are anymore 💀 This is a 12-week 1:1 coaching programme for mums who are done surviving their days Built around: 👉 building habits and routines that fit your actual life 👉 getting your home running as a team not a one-woman show 👉 rediscovering who you are outside of being a mum 👉 ditching the guilt around putting yourself first 👉 becoming the calm, present mum you actually want to be So instead of wasting more months trying yet another planner or YouTube routine that falls apart by Wednesday… You get a plan built around you 😌 So if you're ready to stop putting yourself last and actually get your life back… DM "METHOD" and I'll send you the details 😛🔥 #mumlife #mum #selfcare❤️ #workingmom by @agapare_coaching
This didn't happen because life suddenly got easier or the kids stopped needing me. It happened because I finally stopped waiting for things to calm down and built a life that actually worked for me. Most working mums think finding time for themselves is about: 👉 Waking up earlier 👉 Doing more, faster 👉 Somehow squeezing themselves into the gaps everyone else left behind Cute idea… but that's why so many end up exhausted, resentful, and still with nothing left for themselves at the end of the day. The reality? Time for yourself only feels possible when you know what's actually in the way. When you know: ✨ Which daily habits are quietly stealing your time — and what to replace them with ✨ How to get your partner and kids genuinely sharing the load, not just helping when asked ✨ Who you are outside of being a mum — and why that matters more than any routine ever could That's the difference between surviving the week and actually living your life. Because YouTube can teach you how to build a morning routine… but knowing how to build one that sticks to your real life, your real kids, your real job? That's what creates the calm. And that's what I'm known for. After years of being that mum who had nothing left, crying in the kitchen after everyone went to bed, I can tell you confidently: this isn't luck, and it isn't about waiting until things slow down. It's about putting the right foundations in place. #mum #selfcare❤️ #workingmom #mumlife by @agapare_coaching
When I first started building time for myself, I didn't have a clear schedule or a quiet house. I had a newborn who wouldn't be put down. A three-year-old who needed me constantly. And a to-do list that never, ever got shorter. I was figuring it out in between nap times In the ten minutes after school drop-off On the notes app on my phone Before the kids woke up After they finally went to sleep And sometimes during Peppa Pig It didn't look intentional. It didn't feel like progress. But I wanted things to feel different badly enough to keep going anyway. And I see so many mums telling themselves they can't really start until the kids are older Until work calms down Until the house is finally under control But let me be the proof: You don't need more time You need a plan for the time you already have Because every shift I've made — Started with the small, messy, imperfect steps I took when it really wasn't convenient You don't build a life that feels like yours in a vacuum You build it in between In the margins In the windows In the time most people spend doom-scrolling at the end of a hard day If you've been telling yourself you need more time before you can start putting yourself first This is your reminder: you don't You just need to decide that it's happening And then move accordingly 🤍 by @agapare_coaching
If you've been trying to get on top of everything and still have no time to yourself… I can almost guarantee you're doing at least one of these three things—and it's costing you the calm you're desperate for. 👀 1️⃣ You're doing more... but that's ALL you're doing You're carrying the washing, school admin, meals, kids, work—everything. The problem? You're relying on effort instead of systems. 👉 Build a simple routine around what actually matters. 👉 Give your partner specific jobs. 👉 Give your kids age-appropriate responsibilities. Your home doesn't just need to be clean—it needs to be a team effort. 2️⃣ You're waiting until everything is done before you rest The list is never finished. The laundry is never fully caught up. The house is never perfectly tidy. If you wait until it's all done, you'll never get time for yourself. The truth? Looking after yourself doesn't make you selfish. It makes you more patient, present and less burnt out. 👉 Schedule your time first, not last. Even 20 minutes outside on your own can make a huge difference. Treat it like any other non-negotiable. 3️⃣ You're fixing the surface, not the cause Another planner. Another YouTube routine. Another 5am wake-up. But you're avoiding the beliefs keeping you stuck. 👉 Ask yourself why rest feels uncomfortable. 👉 Challenge the belief that it's all your responsibility. 👉 Start asking what you want—not just what everyone else needs. When you make space for yourself, you show up as the mum you want to be. Fix these three things and the overwhelm starts to lift—and life starts to feel like yours again. 📲 Save this for when you need the reminder. 👋 And if you're a working mum who's done putting herself last and ready to create time that's truly hers, follow me. #mum #mumlife #workingmom #selfcare❤️ by @agapare_coaching
Today marks my first run on my marathon training plan! I found running at a really low point of my motherhood journey. I was stuck in reactive mode, being everything to everyone but forgetting about myself. Everyday on my lunch time walk I would see runners pounding the pavement and I used to think to myself 'they look so free' which was what I was craving, freedom from all my responsibilities. So I took the plunge and went for it, and I haven't looked back since. Running is more than just a way of keeping fit for me, it has pushed me mentally and built my discipline and shown me I can do hard things. This October I will be running my first marathon, which at the moment seems impossible, but I can't wait to challenge myself along the way and show up for myself every workout I do. by @agapare_coaching
