Helping top Real Estate Agents get better at using AI to grow their business. Led by @mattspangler
POSTS STORIES REELS
I work hard to make my courses impactful for the agents who trust me to join so it’s meaningful to hear from those who attend that it’s different # than most of the course slop they get advertised. My next Claude workshop is this Thursday, Sept 24th, 9am to 5pm at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. You’ll work on your own laptop with your own data, and by the time we wrap you’ll have sphere messages running on a schedule. If you want to join us, the link’s in my bio. #agentintelligence #marketing #realstate #agentsofcompass realestatemarketing by @agentintelligence
Sometimes it’s just as simple as talking to it 🙂 Always happy to teach great agents around the country who wanna learn and this week I’ll be in Boston! I’m leading a hands-on Claude workshop on Thursday, Sept 24th, 9am to 5pm at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. You’ll work on your own laptop with your own data, and by the time we wrap you’ll have Claude writing in your actual voice and at least one automation running on a schedule. If you want to join us, the link’s in my bio. #ai #agentsofcompass #realestate #marketing realestatemarketing by @agentintelligence
Be honest would your hand have gone up? Tbh most agents I talk to don’t have a clean list of historical deals with deep info about what happened. If you do it can be one of the most valuable assets for using AI to find new deals and stay in touch with your sphere. This Thursday in Boston we’ll focus on building a sphere outreach system with Claude using your past deals. If you can’t make the Boston session my end of the year 1 week deep dive is open as well. Dec 6-12. Sign up with the link in bio! by @agentintelligence
@chelseadimin is one of the top agents in Maui. She’d already done a lot of online learning and still signed up for the in-person class. Her reason: “I’m an in-person learner.” A lot of top agents are. You can watch a video on AI, but it sticks when you build it on your own laptop, with someone next to you when you get stuck. Thank you, Chelsea! 🙏🏼❤️ It means a lot that agents at this level are getting value from my classes. Next one is next week - September 24 in Boston, 9am-5pm! Most agents use AI like a search bar. Ask a question, get an answer, close the tab. On September 24 in Boston, we’re doing something different. You bring your deal history, and we spend the day building sphere automations in @claudeai By lunch, it knows your ideal client, your voice, and your inbox. By 5pm, it’s doing real work for you - drafting follow-ups, prepping listing presentations, keeping your sphere warm - even when you’re on a plane. You won’t sit through slides. You build on your own laptop, and I’m in the room giving feedback on your actual work. Boston, 9am-5pm. Link in bio to register, or DM me “BOSTON” and I’ll send you the details. by @agentintelligence
My next in-person one-day workshop is September 24 📍 Boston, MA 🕘 9 AM–5 PM Thanks to all the agents who gave testimonials from our California workshop and thanks to @conor_murnane and the team for capturing the reactions. It was great to meet so many agents in person and spend the day working hands-on with Claude Next stop: Boston. Looking forward to doing it again. Link to registrer in my bio 🔗 by @agentintelligence
Every attendee at my August 12th workshop fills out a short survey on how they’re currently using AI and what they most want to learn. The training is built around those answers so the day is relevant to where you actually are. These are the goals agents are showing up with: A consistent content system that doesn’t lose their brand voice. Claude as an AI agent that handles the busywork so they can focus on selling. A full virtual business partner that generates leads, nurtures clients, and manages transactions automatically. That’s the room I’m building at the @compassluxurydivision Luxury Summit in Dana Point on August 12th. If that’s where you want to be, Comment LUXURY SUMMIT and I’ll send you the link to sign up and promo code for my in person training. by @agentintelligence
Really excited to share that I’ll be at the @compass SoCal Luxury Summit at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach on August 12th. I’m co-leading a panel on building viral luxury brands alongside François Reihani, who built @lalaland Cafe into one of the most recognizable lifestyle brands in Southern California. Two very different industries, one conversation about what it actually takes to build a brand people feel something about. I’m also running a full-day Claude workshop the same day for agents working at the top of their market. It’s the hands-on version of everything I write about in my newsletter. You walk away with a Claude system trained on your voice, your clients, and your market, and a working weekly workflow already running in your account. Spots are limited, comment CLAUDE and I’ll DM you the sign up link! by @agentintelligence
I started this newsletter because I couldn’t find a resource that cut through the noise and told agents what AI actually matters for their business. Two years and 58 issues later, here’s what it looks like. Tuesday is three AI updates and a hot take. The weekend is one workflow you can run that week. Practical stuff, written for real estate agents. If you’ve been thinking about getting more serious with AI this year, this is the place to start. Comment AI and I’ll DM you the link. by @agentintelligence
Thanks so much for the amazing agents who spent the day with me on Saturday. Your passion for getting better is inspiring! One of my favorite moments from the day was from an agent who came in not knowing what was possible. By lunch, she had Claude pulling through her entire deal history, building out her ideal client profile, challenging her to spend more time focusing on neighborhoods that were gonna build her business, and then helping her do that by dropping automated emails to her sphere contacts directly into her Gmail. Swipe to read some of the feedback from the course and click the link in my bio to sign up for notifications for future sessions. by @agentintelligence
Honored to be named to the @mavenhq 100! 🏆 I’ve been teaching AI there since 2024 and am most proud to have 4.8-5 star rating from my past students. The mission of Agent Intelligence is helping real estate agents succeed with AI and the next class is this coming Saturday, June 6th. It focuses on Claude and how to use the Cowork tool to build repeatable workflows that help you connect with your sphere. This will be the only virtual session I’m doing this Summer so don’t miss it! My first ever one-day Claude workshop is June 6th and this is why I built it. These are real agents from my last cohort, the week they first got Claude actually working on their business. Reaching out to past clients they hadn’t talked to in years. Building outreach plans around real names, real history, real conversation openers. Knowing exactly who to call and what to say. That’s what one day looks like when you actually build it. Click the link in my bio to sign up [Ai for real estate, Claude for real estate, Ai systems for real estate] by @agentintelligence
