📣 Are you an employer in the F&B or hospitality sector looking to make your workplace more inclusive?

Over two Inclusive Employment Trainings held by Agonista in collaboration with @tripulley_lebanon, 11 employers came together to explore how they can create more inclusive and supportive workplaces.
Through interactive activities and sessions led by Agonista’s team, with the support of Dr. Anita El Hajj and the Tri-Pulley team, the trainings covered workplace inclusion, accommodations, inclusive recruitment and HR practices, and ways to overcome barriers to employment.

Now, Agonista is looking for more employers in the F&B and hospitality sectors to welcome trained persons with disabilities for two-month internships. 💁🏻‍♂️✅

The interns are part of a group of 24 participants who completed Agonista’s vocational training program, building their work readiness, vocational, social, and life skills in preparation for workplace opportunities.
The journey has already started 🙌🏼 @hayat.doner.alturki.official has welcomed one intern to their team.

Au cours des deux derniers mois, @agonistacoffee a mis en œuvre un programme de formation professionnelle destiné aux personnes en situation de handicap, au sein de leur café située au City Mall.
Le programme a réuni 24 participants à travers 24 sessions, avec pour objectif de renforcer les compétences professionnelles, sociales et personnelles, et de préparer les participants à des opportunités de stages.💼

La mobilisation et la sélection des participants ont été réalisées en collaboration avec Message de Paix et ACSAUVEL, deux ONG engagées dans l’accompagnement des personnes en situation de handicap au Liban.

La prochaine phase du programme consistera à mettre en relation les participants avec des entreprises pour des stages de deux mois, afin de faciliter leur insertion professionnelle à plus long terme.🙌

Over the past two months, @agonistacoffee has led a vocational training program for persons with disabilities at their shop in City Mall.
The program brought together 24 participants over 24 sessions, focusing on building work readiness, vocational, social, and life skills—preparing participants for future internship opportunities.

Outreach and participant selection were carried out in collaboration with Message de Paix and ACSAUVEL, two NGOs supporting people with disabilities in Lebanon.

The next phase will focus on matching participants with companies for a two-month internship, supporting their transition into longer-term employment.🙌
