Boy, did I have an adventure this past Saturday. I had to be carted out from practice in an ambulance and taken to an ER. I was experiencing lightheadedness, slurred speech, weakness on my right side. And some vision problems. Long story short, the doctor thought I had experienced a mild stroke. It was discovered that I had low blood pressure and a low heart rate. Which we believe to be caused by my chronic dehydration. I feel extremely fortunate to not have any lasting effects from this. I thank the good Lord for the opportunity to take better care of my health. by @agorisnick2

After much deliberation, I’ve decided that my last year of coaching will be in 2032. That will be this young ladies senior year of high school. The Big A class of 2032 is loaded to the gills with talented/wonderful/polite young throwers. I couldn’t pick a better time to ride off into the sunset :-) by @agorisnick2
