I discovered a new world.

I bought a macro lens and I discovered a new world. Since I’ve been living in @stmoritz, I’ve been kind of obsessed with the wildflowers. This year, I decided to capture them up close in early June.

An ode to the wildflowers of Engadin. Fluors d’Engiadina 🌞

Here’s a selection of details and shots from the first part of the project called Singular Voices. The song is from an amazing concert held there, featuring Francesco Taskayali on piano and Larissa Giers with crystal bowls ✨ taken in St. Moritz, Switzerland by @agoschenone

Yesterday was Chalandamarz, a traditional festival from Graubünden that marks the beginning of March and symbolically welcomes spring. Although spring in the Alps is still a bit far away, I love this time of year. March is when the days slowly become warmer, the snow begins to melt, and you can hear more and more the birds chirping.

On this day children walk through the villages ringing large cowbells and some crack long whips to make loud sounds that chase winter away.
