One month of well 🩵✨

What a ride, between launching our online platform, selling out, restocking, planning ahead and learning to run this as a daily business.

Grateful for all your support, your orders, words of encouragement, honest feedback and the connections made - the best thing is getting to build well not only as a wellness hub but a community 🩵💫✨

So excited for everything to come💫 🚀✨

𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘’𝗦 𝗔 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗡.

Two years ago, Olivia and Charles married in St. Moritz, at that beautiful point when late summer starts slipping into autumn.

And the Engadin Valley really does put on a show.

The changing colours in the trees. The mountains. That beautiful autumn light. It was the most incredible backdrop to their wedding weekend.

Their ceremony was at San Gian, followed by celebrations at the iconic Suvretta House, and this little trailer still takes me straight back there.

Two years already.

Happy anniversary, Olivia and Charles.

And just like that… well is here ✨

A little dream turned into the most magical evening — pilates, seriously yummy healthy treats, our favorite well finds, and all of our favorite people in one place.

Surrounded by friends & family, we celebrated the beginning of well exactly the way we imagined it: moving, connecting, discovering, laughing, tasting — and feeling really, really well.

Still on a high from this one 🩵

To everyone who came, supported, helped, cheered us on and made this night so special — thank you.

This is only the beginning 🌈✨

Welcome to well.

Big news for IRISgo. 🦁

On September 14, IRISgo will be featured on Die Höhle der Löwen on VOX and this won’t be a normal pitch.

Two startups. One studio. 90 seconds each. No second chance.

I’m extremely excited to be part of this journey and to see what comes from it.

What’s happening with IRISgo right now goes far beyond Switzerland. We’re seeing strong momentum internationally, with conversations and opportunities across different markets and with companies we’re genuinely excited about.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes and this is just another big step.

Now it’s time to see what happens when the clock starts. ⏱️

Let’s see what the Lions have to say. 🦁

Three retreats. Three very different landscapes. One invitation: to step out of your routine for a few days and spend time in nature, movement, good company, and cold water.

The Alpine Reset
04–06 September 2026 | Engadin, Switzerland

A weekend by the lake with mountain trails, yoga on the dock, cold plunges in clear alpine water, and long evenings under the Engadin sky.

The Azure Horizon Retreat
05–10 October 2026 | Albania

Hidden beaches, boat trips along the coast, turquoise water, canyon hikes, local food, and slow days by the pool surrounded by the most beautiful views.

The Golden Autumn Hideaway
22–25 October 2026 | Val Müstair, Switzerland

A historic house, autumn colours, sauna sessions, yoga, hikes, and quiet mornings in the beautiful valley of Val Müstair.

Whether you’re joining with a partner, a friend, or coming on your own, each retreat is designed to create space for movement, adventure, rest, and meaningful moments away from everyday life.

Looking for something more personal? We also create private retreats for couples, friends, teams, and small groups.

Over the past years, we’ve organised retreats, workshops, and events across Switzerland and internationally, combining our backgrounds in hospitality, yoga, cold-water immersion, and experience design. From finding the right location to creating a thoughtful schedule and taking care of the details, we know what makes people feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

If you’d like to create a tailored experience for your group, we’d love to hear your ideas. Send us a DM or email us at hello@iceandyoga.ch.
