Our Co-founder was Invited by @taoartgallery to curate a two artist show with @nfnkalyan and @jayeshsachdev . He Who Permeates brought together body of distinct works shaped through an ongoing dialogue between artists, mediums and space. Agyaar led its production and exhibition management - supporting the exhibition from its earliest conversations through to its final installation. image courtesy of gallery @taoartgallery and our own. by @agyaar.11
Conceived for @artandcharlie ‘s three-artist exhibit curated by @howevermeanwhile , this mural—designed by @flyingorgans - takes shape as a natural extension of the show. In parallel to what unfolds inside the gallery, this mural carries the visual language outward onto the façade, allowing the narrative to stretch beyond its original setting and settle into the architecture itself. A certain kind of work happens behind the scenes. For @kellywearstler , we were involved in producing the photo-series of her sublime collection with Aequo - a body of work rooted in materiality, craft, and precision. From scouting the location to managing the movement of pieces, we diligently choreographed our steps along with Kelly’s team to ensure we truly captured the essence of the collection in the bustling backdrop of our beautiful Bombay. When mothership calls, you answer 💁🏻‍♂️ @tarqmumbai brought us on for @sam_kulavoor’s first retrospective LIMITS OF THE TOWN at @bdlmuseum, our role was to elevate a section of the exhibition with Sameer’s sketches printed on paper. Working within an existing visual language, ensuring the form felt seamless and true to the artist’s intent. A contained scope, but a meaningful one. Grateful to be part of a larger body of work that brings these ideas into space. by @agyaar.11
Friends are your biggest cheerleaders. And for our first project, Agyaar was called on by our dear friends at @subcontinent.in for a special presentation of artist Jangarh Singh Shyam’s at the gallery. The approach for this assignment was through reference rather than addition - drawing from a motif found in archival material on the artist and translating it into a hand-rendered wall intervention. Here the simple illustration builds continuity, allowing the visual language of the artworks to extend into the room subtly. Executed by @jethe_pallavi_97 by @agyaar.11
