Proof of what can change when you stay consistent!

2 years ago my life looked completely different. I was going out all the time, eating badly and had no real understanding of nutrition or how to properly look after my body.

What started as simply wanting to look better became something so much bigger. Fitness has genuinely saved me in so many ways. it’s given me an outlet, structure and discipline, and I feel like I’ve completely changed as a person along the way.

I’m definitely not perfect and I still have times where I fall off, but I’ve learnt that it’s okay — the important thing is getting myself back on track instead of giving up. I still go out, eat the foods I love and enjoy my life, I’ve just found a balance that works for me.

there’s so much more between these two clips than just a physical change. proud of how far I’ve come & excited to see where I can go from here 🤍 #transformation #beforeandafter #gym by @ahlamx___
