One of our favourite coastal villages in Ireland. With beautiful harbour views, colourful streets and plenty to explore, this little corner of West Cork has so much to offer. 🌊

We recommend visiting @dede_at_the_customs_house, @dede_cellar_pantry & @babade_baltimore while you’re here. For a place to stay, we also recommend @gortadrohid.ie, just a few minutes’ drive away.

Autumn at dede Cellar and Pantry 🍂

This autumn we are celebrating the incredible seafood found in West Cork, paired with vegetables from our farm. Every week we change the menu, and we’re grateful to the amazing fishermen and growers who make it possible.

This weeks menu:

Olive oil and black olive bread with truffle butter

Turkish country salad with Macroom mozzarella, dede farm tomatoes, fresh herbs and aromatic tomato water

Slow-baked fish of the day with shellfish sauce, carrots and onions, and Pommes Anna with sage butter

Dark chocolate and sea salt fine tart with vanilla ice cream, crispy chocolate and brown sugar hot fudge

Every set menu comes with a glass of wine from our cellar, chosen to go with the food. And if one glass isn’t enough, the rest of the list is waiting 🍷

Two courses + wine €40
Three courses + wine €50

Friday and Saturday dinner, two seatings at 5:30pm and 7:30pm. Booking essential, link in bio.
