After a very busy summer, the Dede team will soon be taking a three weeks break. We’re already looking forward to coming back refreshed and getting straight back into our wine dinners. We have two evenings planned for you as soon as we return.
Firstly we welcome back Rafa from @vinostito for an evening dedicated to the wines of @filipa_pato, one of Bairrada’s most respected and distinctive winemakers.
Working primarily with indigenous grapes such as Baga and Bical, Filipa and William have built a reputation for wines that combine freshness, elegance and a strong sense of place.
Their wines will be accompanied by a 5 course tasting menu created especially for the occasion by @ahmet_dede_
