🔥IT’S WORKSHOP TIME🔥

Join Anna @ahooperr for Merce Cunningham Technique! This is a modern dance form blending balletic leg positioning with strong torso movements. It emphasizes five spinal positions— upright, curved, arch, twist, and tilt —to move independently of the legs. This technique encourages dancers to work on spacial relationships and treats the music and dance as independent elements that coexist together. Feel free to sign up via MindBody!

I think we’re all desperately clinging to the Earth. Assessing the space we cover and asking if it’s enough. I have always considered nature as my true audience. The mother space, gatekeeper—a listener and companion of the soma. Now is the time to come home to the only audience that matters.
