💛🖤💛
My time at UMBC has been one of the most life-changing experiences of my life.

I came in as a lost girl from a toxic home, unsure of how to tread, of what to make of my life, feeling suffocated by what I was living.
But going to UMBC changed all that. Being there introduced me to so many new people who changed my life, helped me to embrace myself, my truth, and my value. Amazing friends and teachers who encouraged me to follow my passions and to learn things about the world and myself that I never knew before. I got to participate in opportunities I had only dreamed of and was able to let my gifts and passion take hold and soar.

My smile and laugh came back to life. I came back to life.

To my freinds and peers, thank you for accepting me and bringing me out of my shell, making every long day a little brighter and a lot funner. You have had a bigger impact on my life than you know, and I could not have done it without you 💛.

To my professors and UMBC, thank you for taking a chance on me, for your knowledge and guidance, and for helping me grow.

2024.

A lot happened this year. A lot changed, for the better. I've grown this year, into one of the happiest, truest versions of me--one that I'm sure little me would be so proud of. I've started chasing my dreams, trying new experiences, and meeting new people. Undoubtedly, 2024 has been one of the best years of my life so far. I'm so excited to see what the New Year has to offer.

Bring it on, 2025, I can't wait! by @ahunte.ph

It was so much fun getting back into performing again, and being able to meet and work with so many new amazing, talented, and wonderful people. Thank you to everyone who allowed me to be part of such an amazing show, for bringing me out of my comfort zone, helping me to grow, and for bringing me back to life again.
