If I’ve learned anything this year, it’s how regardless of whether I’m up (And I’ve definitely been up 😎😤) or been down (a bit too low sometimes lol😅) that I’m somehow lucky to have people around me that make life better regardless. This is a thank you to everyone who has walked in and out of my life this year, and regardless of whether you were a season regular, a guest star, or a niche fan favorite, I’m grateful to you for making my day-to-day a little easier and a little brighter. into the darkest forest. My first UMBC Theatre Department and devised production. AND WHAT AN AMAZING SHOW IT WAS! The process of working on this show has been such a highlight, and has brought me interests and excitement I didn't even know I was capable of. To the lovely cast and crew: you all are geniuses!! It has been such a thrill and pleasure working with you all on this show. Your commitment, energy, support, encouragement, and creativity made working with y'all one of my favorite theatre experiences so far. You are all so amazingly talented and I know you all are going to go on to do great things (I'm gonna miss you, graduated seniors 🥹). To Nigel, our lovely director: thank you. Thank you for taking a chance on me in casting. Thank you for creating such a wonderfully thrilling, immersive, exciting, and enthralling production to allow us to be a part of. “When shall we three meet again?” —— I am eternally grateful for everything this production has shown me. From being an actor to the assistant stage manager to working with an ensemble to devise a show, I couldn’t ask for anything else. I am so thankful this was my first production with UMBC theatre and will miss working with the many graduating seniors of the coven. Showcase 2024! Though probably the most insane showcase I’ve been in, it was also SO much fun. From getting to play some dream roles to directing a beautiful number, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Onto Trail to Oregon and the spring musical!
