POV: YOU WISH YOU HAD METALHEAD FRIENDS 🤘

Turns out the ritual to summon metalheads out of nowhere was just a chance for them to shout "UM ACTUALLY"😂

Gatekeeper is a heavy metal trivia game spanning decades of heavy music. Break the ice, test your knowledge and give your crew something new to do at your next hangout.

We have until October 22 to fund the first edition on Kickstarter. Secure your copy or explore higher tiers for campaign-exclusive merch, perks and a place on our inaugural WALL OF DEATH 🔥 Kickstarter link in bio.

WANT YOUR NAME ON A HEAVY METAL FESTIVAL LINEUP?🤘

Gatekeeper is a Heavy Metal Trivia Game I created which is being crowdfunded on Kickstarter right now.

Claim a headline spot on our top tier as a Founding Gatekeeper or join the supporting lineup with our Gatekeeper's Chosen tier and immortalise yourself as one of the metalheads who helped bring Gatekeeper’s first edition to life. Both tiers include a copy of the game plus merch pack.

Only 70 more Chosen backers could help us reach our crowdfunding goal but we've only got till Oct 22 to make it happen.

Help bring Heavy Metal's FIRST fully complete trivia card game to life and back Gatekeeper to secure your place before the gates close. Link in bio.

Send this to your metalhead mate who deserves their own name on a line-up for once. 🔥

WHY DOESN’T TRIVIA FOR METALHEADS EXIST?

Every pub quiz has a music round.

But somehow it never has any fucking metal😤

So I fixed it.

Gatekeeper is a heavy metal trivia game packed with 300 multiple-choice questions spanning more than 50 years of metal history.

It was created to turn your accumulated metal knowledge into points, arguments and temporary intellectual superiority over your friends.

Gatekeeper is live on Kickstarter, and we only need 175 more game backers by October 22 to fund the first physical edition.

Think you know metal? Prove it.

HOW MUCH DOES A METAL BARBER ACTUALLY KNOW ABOUT METAL? 💈🤘

We put the owner of @theelectricchairbarbershop through a round of Gatekeeper to find out.

Electric Chair has officially become Gatekeeper’s first SCENE STRONGHOLD, stepping up to support the first production run and help bring the game to life 🔥

We’ve left a demo copy at the shop for the week, so if you’re in Brisbane, drop in, test your metal knowledge and see how many questions you can survive.

Gatekeeper is a heavy metal trivia card game packed with 300 questions across decades of heavy music, and we only need fewer than 190 more game backers by Oct 22 to fund the first edition.

THINK YOU KNOW METAL? PROVE IT.

THIS DIDN'T EXIST 18 MONTHS AGO

18 months ago, Gatekeeper was nothing more than a ridiculous idea in my head.

On Friday night, it filled a venue.

Seeing a room full of metalheads playing the game, screaming out trivia answers and celebrating heavy music together was fucking surreal.

Thank you to Nocturnal Syndrome, Flamboyant Nightmare, Sanction AD and Aeon Nexus for bringing the riffs, Evilcorp for hosting, and everybody who came along to make it a hell of a night 🔥

This is exactly why I created Gatekeeper: to give metalheads another reason to get together, test their knowledge, argue about music, and share the thing we fucking love.

Now we need your help to bring Gatekeeper to your scene.

We only need 190 more gsme backers by Oct 22 to fund the first edition on Kickstarter.

You can support Gatekeeper from as little as $10 or get the full physical edition from $65AUD and get access to merch add-ons, or secure your place in the Gatekeeper Wall of Death with our premium tiers and special one-off campaign exclusives.

Be one of the people who brings this game into the world.
