OVER $3K IN PRE-ORDERS IN 24 HOURS 🤘🔥

Hey everyone,

You’ve already placed over $3,000 in pre-orders in our first 24 hours! That covers over 70% of our manufacturing costs and means we can make the payment deposit.

To everyone who’s placed a new order or shared the announcement: THANK YOU. We’re now working towards covering the remaining manufacturing balance and freight.

Still keen to get Gatekeeper onto your table? You can place your new order on our website including our returning supporter bundles (link below or in bio)

If you backed us on Kickstarter, your Kickstarter pledge wasn’t charged or transferred, so you’ll need to order through our website.

Massive thank you to everyone who has supported so far.

THE NEXT CHAPTER. 🤘🔥

Our Kickstarter didn’t reach its funding goal. But we still have a path to get Gatekeeper onto your tables.

We’re planning a smaller first run of 200 copies, funded through direct pre-orders. Each game will cost more to manufacture, but we’ll need less upfront, and we can handle storage and fulfilment ourselves.

You pledged over $10,000 during the campaign. That level of support can fund this smaller run. If enough of you come with us, we can get production underway.

PRE-ORDERS ARE LIVE NOW.

Returning supporter bundles are available, keeping Wall of Death placements and many of the original premium perks. Patch packs won’t be included. Full contents and shipping details are on each listing.

Already backed us? Your Kickstarter pledge wasn’t charged or transferred. You’ll need to place a new order through our website.

Scene Strongholds: we’ll contact you separately with your custom pre-order links.

To everyone who pledged, played, shared or told a mate: THANK YOU. You’ve given us something to build on, and some of you have already placed your new orders 🖤

Let’s get Gatekeeper made.

🤘 PRE-ORDER THROUGH THE LINK ON THIS POST OR IN OUR BIO.

POV: YOU’RE SICK OF ARGUING WITH POSERS ABOUT METAL ONLINE 💀

Why limit yourself to a comment section when you could be absolutely insufferable in person?

Gatekeeper is our heavy metal trivia game with 300 multiple-choice questions across dozens of subgenres. Test your knowledge, steal answers and give your mates something new to argue about.

Only 7 DAYS LEFT on Kickstarter. We only need around 100 more game backers to bring the first edition to life.

It’s all or nothing. We need to hit our funding goal before October 22 to make it happen.

Back from A$10 or secure your boxed game for A$65. Want campaign-exclusive merch and your name permanently on our Wall of Death? Join as Gatekeeper’s Chosen and help us reach the goal faster.

The inaugural Wall of Death lineup closes when the campaign ends.

BACK GATEKEEPER NOW. Link in bio 🤘

WANT YOUR NAME ON A HEAVY METAL FESTIVAL LINEUP?🤘

Gatekeeper is a Heavy Metal Trivia Game I created which is being crowdfunded on Kickstarter right now.

Claim a headline spot on our top tier as a Founding Gatekeeper or join the supporting lineup with our Gatekeeper's Chosen tier and immortalise yourself as one of the metalheads who helped bring Gatekeeper’s first edition to life. Both tiers include a copy of the game plus merch pack.

Only 70 more Chosen backers could help us reach our crowdfunding goal but we've only got till Oct 22 to make it happen.

Help bring Heavy Metal's FIRST fully complete trivia card game to life and back Gatekeeper to secure your place before the gates close. Link in bio.

WHY DOESN’T TRIVIA FOR METALHEADS EXIST?

Every pub quiz has a music round.

But somehow it never has any fucking metal😤

So I fixed it.

Gatekeeper is a heavy metal trivia game packed with 300 multiple-choice questions spanning more than 50 years of metal history.

It was created to turn your accumulated metal knowledge into points, arguments and temporary intellectual superiority over your friends.

Gatekeeper is live on Kickstarter, and we only need 175 more game backers by October 22 to fund the first physical edition.

Think you know metal? Prove it.
