The last 2 months have been a blur.
In the best possible way.

Life moving at a million miles per hour. The momentum that we are building is through the roof. I’ve never been more aligned with what I’m doing and why I’m doing it.

160 applications to join IMARA. 30+ brokers onboarded in February alone. A 2,000 sqft office in a grade A building - gym, sauna & cold plunge all in the one place.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I ran my first ever marathon.

8 weeks before the race, I hadn’t run a 5k in my life. I told myself for years I wasn’t a runner. Turns out that was just a limiting belief I’d never bothered to test.

I signed up because I wanted to see just how much I could push my mind and my body.
If I’m asking brokers to step outside their comfort zone - then I’m leading from the front.

That’s the standard we’re setting at IMARA.

A vehicle for brokers to achieve mastery in all areas of their life.
Money, mind, body, mission.

We’re just getting started.

When I first moved to Dubai, I signed myself up for a boxing fight.

Not because I was a boxer, because I saw an opportunity to gain attention.

Hundreds of brokers from across the industry, all watching.

I was the new guy. Nobody knew who I was.

But I understood something early on - in a crowded market, you have to find moments that make people remember your name.

From that night on, people knew who I was. In my company. Across Dubai real estate.

It was the moment I realised that attention is the game. And most brokers are playing it with their eyes closed.

You don’t need a boxing fight. But you do need a moment.

Welcome to the IMARA office.

60 days since we first moved in here.

We’ve now got over 30 brokers in the business. When we launched, 115 brokers applied in the first 60 minutes alone.

For the 30 who made it in, the transformations have been phenomenal. Not just in their business, but in who they are.

That’s exactly why we call this the character evolution chamber.

Regardless of what’s going on in the region right now, the tension, the conflict, leads being down across the market, every broker in this office has taken a media-first approach.

We’ve spent the last 60 days building their brands, running their ads, getting them more inbound than they’ve ever had.

This is just the beginning.
