Bitter sweet moment, this weekend i had the opportunity to represent my country at UFAK in Algeria where the best athletes on Africa’s continent fight it out to see who is the best. Unfortunately i fell short once again. This was my second UFAK tournament and i dedicated my training to my late grandmother and uncle.

I was so close to the final once again but couldn’t manage to pull it off. I managed to place 3rd. Many mistakes were made but now i go back to the drawing board and return hungrier and more determined. but hey 3rd best athlete in Africa ? I will take it.

I believe in Jesus Christ and i know without him i am nothing, and i am extremely grateful for the opportunity he has given me.

Thank you to everyone who supported me leading up to the tournament my and those who supported me on the day. Especially my father! And my amazing girlfriend

Thank you to all of you
