Happy Democracy Day Nigeria.
Today we celebrate not just our freedom, but the promise of equal rights and representation for every Nigerian, especially women and girls, who for too long have been sidelined in the democratic process.
At Aidwell, we believe Democracy thrives when every voice is heard, every girl is empowered, and no one is left behind. From the Heart of Benue to the capital city we are raising a generation that body waves the flag of justice, inclusion, and equality.

WORLD MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY

Menstruation is not a secret, it is not shameful and not something to laugh about.
It is natural and deserves respect.

Today, we raise our voices to say;
-No more period shame.
-Yes to open conversations.
-Yes to menstrual health education.
-Yes to access to safe hygiene products and clean facilities.

Every girl and woman deserves to feel safe, supported, and comfortable even on her period.

Let’s build a world where that’s the norm, not the exception.

Because menstrual health isn't just a women’s issue, it is a human right.
