If you want to hold on, then hold on.
If you want to let go, then let go.
.
There is no absolute right or wrong.
Every choice comes with its own consequences.
.
Once you’ve made your choice,
all that’s left is to accept it
and face whatever comes with it.
.
That’s life.
We choose our path,
and we live with what comes along the way.

Saat istirahat yah rehat
Tak usah sok kuat
Biar hidup tak melulu berat
Agar adat tak jadi bangsat
Batin tak makin penat
Jiwa tetap sehat
Raga tak terus penat
Hati tak gampang tersesat
Rejeki tak salah alamat

Two cups
Two sides
One tray
.
One teaches me softness
One reminds me of my essence
Allowing both to exist
.
Lembut tetap menjaga batas
Kuat tanpa memaksa rasa

Jangan terlalu sibuk
memahami dunia,
.
Sampai lupa
memahami diri sendiri.
.
Jeda sejenak, rasakan napas,
peluk dirimu penuh rasa.

Persiapkan diri agar tidak babak belur.

Lulu’s little eye-care ritual. 💓💓
.
A gentle massage around the outer eye area as part of her routine when her eyes feel dry.
.
Sometimes, care can be as simple as slowing down, touching gently, and paying attention.
.
Every animal has their own way of telling us what they need.
We just need to learn to listen. ❣️❣️
.
This is a gentle supportive practice, not a substitute for veterinary care. If your dog has persistent dryness, redness, discharge or discomfort, please consult a veterinarian.

Happy 11th Barkday to our dearest Koko Phoenix!
.
11 years of unconditional love...
and an unconditional obsession with anything that smells delicious.
.
Favorite foods? Eggs, Pork, Pisang Goreng etc.
If it's fragrant, Phoenix has already claimed it.
.
Our gentle koko and the best big brother anyone could ask for.
.
Happy Barkday, Phoenix. May your bowl always be full, stay healthy & happy.

Three days of expanding my perspective on the power of art in therapeutic practice.
.
.
Heartfelt thanks to Pak Monty for sharing your expertise, wisdom, and years of experience. This workshop has deepened my understanding of how art therapy can help us connect with clients, navigate complex emotions, and create spaces where healing can unfold.
.
.
I'm grateful for every lesson, every conversation, and every new insight. Looking forward to integrating these learnings into my own practice.
.
Thank you also to @mbakdan for being together these 3 days.

Dalam setiap pintu yang kubuka
Mungkin ada bahagia, mungkin ada luka
Begitulah roda kehidupan fana
Saat tidak pasti berubah jadi makna.

When I find my center, they find theirs.
The bowl sings,
and our energies settle into the same soft rhythm.
