Three days of expanding my perspective on the power of art in therapeutic practice.
.
.
Heartfelt thanks to Pak Monty for sharing your expertise, wisdom, and years of experience. This workshop has deepened my understanding of how art therapy can help us connect with clients, navigate complex emotions, and create spaces where healing can unfold.
.
.
I'm grateful for every lesson, every conversation, and every new insight. Looking forward to integrating these learnings into my own practice.
.
Thank you also to Danti for being together these 3 days.

Bumi Menopang, Langit Memeluk
.

When was the last time
you created something
without worrying
whether it was good enough?
.
As children, we painted
because it brought us joy.
Somewhere along the way,
we began seeking approval
Instead of presence.
.
This workshop was a gentle reminder that creativity isn't about making perfect art.
It's about making space for yourself.
.
To feel.
To explore.
To be curious.
To trust.
.
Thank you for allowing your intuition to lead.
And thank you for reminding me
that every heart has its own colors to share.
.
See you in the next Intuitive Painting Workshop.

Kemarin kita melukis dengan merasa.
Belajar let go of control,
hanya cukup hadir di momen itu.
.
Tanpa harus jadi bagus,
tanpa harus jadi benar.
.
Hanya jujur dengan apa yang dirasakan.
Pelan-pelan belajar,
menerima diri apa adanya
tanpa takut dihakimi.
.
Ternyata, saat kita belajar melepas,
memeluk rasa yang sudah lama ingin disapa,
adabagian dari kita yang akhirnya
bisa bernapas lebih lega.

Menuju Kesadaran Sejati - 悟wù
.
