I swear it’s a right of passage when you become a mum to know about the @aldispecialbuysuk @aldiuk wooden toy event!!

But this year they have excelled! Honestly there is so much amazing stuff going to be hard to choose!

AD The answer we’ve all been waiting for .
Happiness = Gut Health

What I love is how easy it is to make it your own.
Top it with fruit and granola, have it straight from the pot, or even spread it on a rice cake with fruit for something a little different. 🍓

Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes*, and the live cultures improve lactose digestion of the product**, so it’s something I genuinely feel good reaching for every day.

It’s never about being perfect, just showing up for yourself in little ways. 💚

*Activia contains calcium which contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes. Enjoy as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
**Live cultures in yoghurt or fermented milk improve lactose digestion of the product in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose. Enjoy as part of a balanced diet & lifestyle.

Imagine getting the Kim K look for £20?

I’m really in my lace top era going into winter and I just love that this could go with so many outfits?

How can I have a little girl that I want nothing more for than to live in a world of freedom and no fear not say something…

To the women seeing this, we’ve heard it all before right,

To the men, if it’s not all men, be the guy that proves it. Stand up in the group chats, in the pub.
Be my male friends who would do anything to make sure a girl is safe.
Be the politician who passes laws to convict these men and stop hiding behind your desks.
Be the employee who stands up to their colleagues, the boss who puts a stop to it.

Please for my little girl and all the little girls of the world.

Some unexpected delays have meant yes we are behind schedule but honestly everyday it becomes more and more like the vision and we sre getting so excired for the finished product. But this week I did learn that @kevin.mccloud1 is usually always right!!

Becoming a Mum seems to have this effect on you where you value your time and energy more than ever before doesn’t it?

@aimeevivian and I had such a great chat about this and how we no longer bend over backwards for people or things that don’t serve our little family anymore and it feels much easier to say no now than it did pre motherhood.

If you haven’t listened to Aimee’s episode on Dear Mum then add it to your podcast list for this week (link in my bio) by @aimeevivian
