This is our answer to the question every hybrid athlete asks: why choose between being strong and having an engine?
You don’t.

The SVRN Method is built on a strength foundation:
lift heavy, move big weight, while building the conditioning to run, breathe, and repeat. Strong AND capable. That’s the standard here.

This weekend, believe it or not just kind of happened. Well, it was all gods hand and timing in it of course but originally nothing was planned other than me and Amanda were going to SD for my birthday.

Little did we know (except for a few people 😉) this weekend would turn out the way it did. From the proposal, to new friends and just the overall experience.. this trip will be an all time favorite.

@kapowski25 my friend, thank you so much for being there to capture the proposal. God brought you into my life a couple years back and little did we know you would be the one to capture so many beautiful experiences. I can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done.

To my San Diego friends, thank you for embracing Amanda and showing her the love you showed me for all those years. Although it was brief, you guys really did impact her and now the San Diego seed has been planted 😜

Baby @amandaaramosss thank you for saying yes. Yes to us. Yes to a lifetime of love and growth with one another. God is working in our lives and this weekend was just a glimpse of what’s to come. But no matter what, thru the highs and lows of life may the ring be a representation.. I choose you, always.
