I am such a crybaby, and of course I was on LIVE 😂🤣😭

I truly didn’t expect to receive anything, but that just goes to show how special my experience at this gym has been and how incredible these people are. 🥹❤️

I love you guys, and I’m truly going to miss every single one of you! From my gym partners who pushed me through those workouts to the coaches who constantly encouraged me and everyone else I didn’t tag that also believed in me.

Closing this chapter is definitely bittersweet, but this has been, by far, my best PCS experience. 🥹

Thank you for being such a huge part of it. I’m leaving with so many memories, so much growth, and so much love for this gym family. ❤️😭

Until we meet again! 🫶🏽 #weightloss #fyp #gymfamily #crybaby #pcs

I love going to bed knowing that, God willing, I get another early morning with Jesus. Prayer. Worship. Lifting up my family, my friends… and yes, even those against me.

That last part isn’t always easy. But His Spirit helps me pray with LOVE when my feelings haven’t caught up yet.

“PRAY for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.” ~ Matthew 5:44

PRAY HARD. TRAIN HARD. STAY THE COURSE.

We train. We grow. We pray. 🙏
This is how we end every class at SVRN Core.

Every week we meditate on a Scripture verse and talk about the Core Value of the Week and what it looks like to live it out as disciples of Jesus. This week: DILIGENCE.

Showing up when it’s hard. Doing the small things well. Giving your best because your work is worship.

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” Colossians 3:23

Then we celebrate praise reports, lift up each other’s prayer requests, and bow our heads together before we walk out the door.

Strong bodies.
Strong faith.
Strong family.

JOHN 3:16 wake-up, was earlier today - 2:45AM!

Before the world gets moving, we start with JESUS.

Another day. Another breath. Another opportunity to move in FAITH.

Everything around us may change…
but our GOD NEVER DOES.
