What I’ve learned is this..
When people hurt you
Don’t take it personally.
Something is going on in their life.

Even if it’s projected onto you
do not let it enter your aura and if it does cleanse it away.

Protect your energy at all costs.

Don’t allow someone else’s pain

I’ve literally never felt more seen 😂 My brain is my biggest hype gal. It’s convinced I can do absolutely anything! Start 4 businesses, write a book, learn a new course, get back into fashion, rebrand your whole life.

The catch is… it struggles to do the one thing right in front of me ffs 😩

They say depression can’t hit a moving target, so I make sure to shake my arse every day.

I don’t care if I’m brushing my teeth, cooking dinner, or making a cup of tea, that arse is shaking.

And really, it just means moving your body. Not every day you can get to the gym, do yoga, Pilates, or go for a run. But every day you can shake your arse to a song in the bathroom or kitchen. by @aishacarrington_

It’s my best friend’s birthday today!! ❤️
The most stylish, soft, loving ,caring, chilled mum and nanny.
Since retiring, she’s been living her best life, but when we go out locally someone always stops her. A child she once taught, now all grown up, or a parent from one of the schools she worked at, always wants to tell her how much she impacted their life. It happens all the time. They light up when they see her, like they’ve just bumped into a long lost friend, often with happy tears in their eyes. It says so much about the kind of person she is.

She really is a special woman, fun, kind and always takes care of everyone around her. She’s also the reason I love fashion and wellness so much. She has always dressed so effortlessly stylish she reminds me every day to move my body because she’s never not doing yoga, meditating and taking care of herself.

I can’t wait to celebrate many more birthdays with you Mumsie laughing, dancing and taking selfies. Have the most beautiful day. ❤️ Love you. x by @aishacarrington_

This time last year, my beautiful friend Shaa reinforced to us what’s truly important in life: love and friendship first and foremost.
She brought all of her loved ones together for the most unforgettable trip, where I had the privilege of spending five days with a true legend @kanyakingcbe

What that time together showed me was not just friendship, but real sisters who have chosen to carry each other through life for over 30 years, and whose bond only grows stronger with time.
I enjoyed deep conversations with Kanya about life, purpose and friendship. She danced on tables we laughed until our faces hurt, and left wishing we could do it all again every year.

This year, we made the trip without Kanya. Her energy, light, banter and style were already missed everywhere. Her impact is unmistakable she changed lives for so many.

We really have lost an icon.
I’m thinking of her girls with love @shaawasmund @lisagoodchild @claudiawebbe @michellegayle1
