Midlife women are done performing perfection.
And guess what: That shift is changing everything.

Starting a new #MidlifePowerShift series exploring the cultural, creative, wellness, and identity shifts happening right now — especially for women redefining themselves on their own terms.

First up: my latest @rollingstonecouncil piece on hormonal honesty, creativity, and the end of performative femininity.
Follow along and share if you’re ready for a more honest conversation about what this era really looks like.
Because power doesn’t disappear in midlife.

Still kind of surreal to say this out loud: I wrote my first full article for Rolling Stone Culture Council 🎸 🤍

For everyone who’s known me through all the pivots — media, culture, cannabis, beauty, community — this one feels like a full-circle moment. The piece looks at where cannabis is headed as technology and policy evolve, but at its core, it’s really about people. Culture. Voice. Who gets to shape what comes next.

This is the kind of work I’ve always believed in: that power doesn’t just live in institutions — it lives in community, creativity, and showing up fully as yourself. Power looks good when it’s rooted in culture.

Grateful for the support, the late-night convos, the “keep going” texts, and everyone who’s been part of the remix so far. More to come. 🌱✨
