The next chapter of us.
—

Downtown Dallas and The Adolphus Hotel specifically have always marked milestone moments for us, so it was only fitting to announce our next chapter in the place where it all started. We are so unbelievably excited. 🤍

Etta Roe Godfrey 🦢
7lbs 12oz
21.5 inches long
Born October 5th, 2026
4:27pm

It’s almost been a week since we welcomed our girl into the world, and we’ve already learned so much.

Her birth story was the perfect extension of what it has looked like building our story as a couple, and now family.

Follow the peace, steward each moment you’re handed, and hold your own plans loosely, because odds are, whatever is going to happen is different from what you planned, and better than anything you could have dreamed of. We are deeply in love and will never be the same. Welcome home, baby girl. taken in Dallas, Texas by @aj_godfrey

It’s officially September 1st which means a few things:

• Next month, our baby girl will be here and my brain still can’t make sense of that.
• My brother is getting married and we get to celebrate him with the dreamiest ceremony in Central Park.
• It’s a new month to start fresh. Set new goals, start a new routine, check some things off the bucket list.
• Maybe the triple digit weather will start to lessen. I’m more than ready for fall for many reasons.

POV: you like nice things.

I’m an advocate for elevating the little moments in your day.

Making them more enjoyable.

Something little like taking supplements. Elevate it.

You do it everyday, so make the experience better.

Very well done.
