Incredible experience yesterday at the @anbfnatural Monster Mash. The pro classes were stacked, and I’m grateful to have shared the stage with so many elite athletes this weekend.

By far the best show experience I’ve had to date. I’d highly recommend any natural competitor check out the Monster Mash, the production was next level. Huge thanks to @sci_unison_fitness for going above and beyond to make sure the athletes were taken care of.

Big shoutout to the hard working ladies at @showtanningprofessionals, they kept us looking our best all day, even jumping in for touch-ups during prejudging.

Couldn’t be more grateful to have @ajmorris_ in my corner.

To my family, friends, and everyone who’s shown support in any way.. thank you. 🙏

One final dance 🌎

1st place in Open Pro Bodybuilding Class A at the @mr.america_official

I went into this with no expectations and walked away with lifelong memories. What an unbelievable, life-altering experience. It was incredible to be part of such a prestigious event, and I’m so grateful for all the amazing athletes I met and had the chance to connect with this weekend.

Looking forward to bringing an improved package next showing!

3 mobility exercises I’ve been doing before every workout for 5+ years 💪🏼

Cat Camel 🐪
Loosens up the spine and gets each vertebrae moving before you put any load on it. It also helps reduce stiffness from sitting for long periods throughout the day.

Pigeon Stretch 🐤
Opens up the hips and releases tension in the glutes and piriformis. Tight hips affect your squat depth, your pelvic position, and can lead to lower back pain over time.

World’s Greatest Stretch 🔥
Covers almost everything in one movement - hip flexors, thoracic spine, hamstrings, and ankles. It prepares your entire body for compound movements like squats and deadlifts.

5 minutes before you train. Your body will thank you. 🤝

8 months working with Dre 😳🔥

February → October

200 lbs on the left, 205 on the right.

One of the most consistent and hardest workers I’ve ever come across. He’s never missed a check-in, sends form clips weekly, is on point with his nutrition and recovery, and trains like an absolute animal every day. Not to mention he’s just a great person.

He’s not only a client and friend, but now my brother. I couldn’t be more proud of him and our journey together is just beginning. 🤝

If you don’t know his name yet, you will soon enough.

The days that feel like they mean nothing mean everything.

Your attitude toward the process sets your ceiling.

Insane transformation from @chrisansaldi 😳

A 3lb difference. 11 months apart.

🗓️ December 2025: 184 lbs
🗓️ October 2026: 181 lbs

Chris came to all my shows in 2025 and went backstage with me for each one. He saw it all first hand, and when my season ended he told me he wanted to get on stage.

We laid out the 2026 game plan with the goal of stepping on stage in 2027, and he executed it to a T.

His work ethic, discipline, and consistency are pro level. Whether it’s next year or down the road, I have no doubt he’ll become one.

I couldn’t be more proud of him and we are just getting started. 🔥📈
