Insane transformation from @chrisansaldi 😳
A 3lb difference. 11 months apart.
🗓️ December 2025: 184 lbs 🗓️ October 2026: 181 lbs
Chris came to all my shows in 2025 and went backstage with me for each one. He saw it all first hand, and when my season ended he told me he wanted to get on stage.
We laid out the 2026 game plan with the goal of stepping on stage in 2027, and he executed it to a T.
His work ethic, discipline, and consistency are pro level. Whether it’s next year or down the road, I have no doubt he’ll become one.
I couldn’t be more proud of him and we are just getting started. 🔥📈
