Insane transformation from @chrisansaldi 😳

A 3lb difference. 11 months apart.

🗓️ December 2025: 184 lbs
🗓️ October 2026: 181 lbs

Chris came to all my shows in 2025 and went backstage with me for each one. He saw it all first hand, and when my season ended he told me he wanted to get on stage.

We laid out the 2026 game plan with the goal of stepping on stage in 2027, and he executed it to a T.

His work ethic, discipline, and consistency are pro level. Whether it’s next year or down the road, I have no doubt he’ll become one.

I couldn’t be more proud of him and we are just getting started. 🔥📈

Some more fasted check-in shots from this past weekend. Sitting in between 180-182lbs most days, and enjoying a high day 1x per week.

Still a lot more work to be done, but feel like the back and legs have improved quite a bit from this time last year.

Mino 5-month check-in photo also included, but not fasted.

I don't post a ton of training clips, so figured I'd record a few sets this past weekend.

Training is in a super good spot, and these two movements have been paying dividends.

Still quite a bit of time before we start to dig.

A few random shots from this week. Training performance is in a really good spot, as is digestion. So many more weeks to go, but things are moving in the right direction.

Legs on deck, followed by copious amounts of sushi. Sushi pics will be on my stories per usual 🤣.

I've been posting mostly fasted check in shots, so here's a few post workout shots after around 80ish carbs and some protein.

Workouts have been feeling great this past week, and feeling super motivated after the @anbfoceanstate yesterday.

52ish weeks out.

I'd like to say these are just about 1 year out from my bodybuilding debut, but time will tell.

Still a lot more time for a lot more progress, but felt like these fasted shots looked solid this week. Bodyweight is sitting around 180-181.

~184 on the left (December 2025), ~180 on the right (August 2026).

I’ve been trying to be more active on here lately and, more importantly, more consistent about documenting some parts of my process.

My current priorities are some of the basics, but I feel are crucial to success:

- train
- recover
- eat well
- repeat

Recovery has been its own challenge with a 12.5 week old puppy, but we're figuring it out 😅.

For nutrition, I’m putting more emphasis on whole foods and micronutrient intake to help aid the recovery process.

The long term goal? A natural bodybuilding debut in late 2027.

Plenty of time. Plenty of work ahead.

Offseason Week 33.

Fasted check in photos, sitting at 178.2 lbs. been hovering around this weight for the past 10 or so weeks, and coach has called for a slight increase in carbs. I'll be putting all of those to my pre workout meal, looking to push intensity in the gym as much as possible over the next 6 months before a likely 2027 debut.

@ajansaldi29 for coaching!

5 months.

No shortcuts. No magic program. No perfect timing.

Just two guiding principles: consistency and intensity.

Consistency is the behind the scenes stuff:

• Hitting nutrition targets even when I didn’t feel like it
• Keeping food quality high
• Getting cardio done (2x per week)
• Getting steps in (minimum 10k per day)
• Sleeping enough to recover
• Stacking good days together

Intensity was reserved for training.

Because showing up is important. But showing up with intent is what results in change.

• Every workout had a purpose.
• Every set was pushed with focus.
• No coasting. No “good enough” reps.

A lot can change in 5 months when you stop relying on motivation and start relying on standards.

Still plenty of work to do, but proud of the progress so far.
