September was a lot of miles, but I truly believe getting better comes down to one thing: consistency. Mile by mile, day by day, we keep showing up.

Now it’s time to keep digging deep as we continue building toward the 2027 Los Angeles Marathon. This training block is just getting started.

I’ve also realized that some of my love for running probably started with my mom. I remember being a proud kid telling my friends that my mom was training for a marathon. Injuries kept her from getting the chance to finish one, but in my own way, I think I carry a little bit of that with me every time I step up to any starting line @iris_cohen4

And thank you @rocio_strong7 for always keeping me motivated through every training block, every long run, and every mile we put in together. What a birthday month she had

September was a great month. Looking forward to continuing down this running path and seeing where it takes us. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️💪

5K miles, one amazing running community! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🔥

Nothing better than seeing all the AV run clubs come together, put in some miles, share some laughs, and support each other. 💪❤️ The Antelope Valley running community just keeps getting stronger! 🏜️👟

Huge thank you to @triocoffeehouse ☕️🙌 for always showing love and supporting the running community. The coffee definitely hits different after a 5K! 😂☕️🏃‍♂️

And of course, to my biggest inspiration, @rocio_strong7 ❤️ — my love, my running partner, and my partner through this crazy thing called life. 🫶🏽🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ There’s nobody else I’d rather run these miles, races, and this life with. ❤️♾️

Different clubs. Same community. One love for running. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🤝🔥

💚 Have you even thought about life insurance?

It’s one of those conversations most people put off—not because it’s not important, but because life gets busy.

The truth is, life insurance isn’t about expecting the worst. It’s about protecting the people you love and giving them financial security if the unexpected ever happens.

Whether you’re buying your first home, getting married, raising kids, or simply planning for the future, now is a great time to learn what your options are.

If you’ve ever had questions about life insurance—or just want to understand how it works—I’d be happy to help. No pressure, just a conversation.

📩 Send me a message anytime.

This is more than a poem.
It’s my purpose.

People often ask me why I run.

The truth is… my purpose isn’t running.

Running is simply the path that allows me to reach people.

If my journey can inspire just one person to believe in themselves, take that first step, or chase the dream they’ve been putting off… then every mile has been worth it.

Life is too beautiful to spend waiting.

Run the race.
Take the trip.
Tell the people you love them.
Become the person you’ve always wanted to be.

A special thank you to my amazing partner, @rocio_strong7 , for believing in me before I fully believed in myself. Your encouragement has given me the confidence to keep chasing my dreams, and I’ll always be grateful for that. ❤️

What’s your purpose?

I’d love to hear what drives you. 🏃

Today’s 10K / 6-mile run was one of those days. Great weather, a solid pace, and another reminder that consistency beats perfection every single time.

You don’t have to start at your best.
You just have to start.
Keep showing up.
Stay consistent.
Believe in yourself.
The results will come.

We both gave it everything we had today, and every mile is another step toward becoming stronger than yesterday. One run at a time. 🔥

Today was a little different… instead of running, @rocio_strong7 and I had the opportunity to slow down, cheer from the sidelines, and give back to our amazing community. 💙💛

We had a great time volunteering at the Self Love 5K Run/Walk hosted by @valleyoasis and @avaltafc at the Lancaster Municipal Stadium, handing out water and encouraging everyone crossing the course. Seeing so many people come together to support such an important cause was truly inspiring.

A huge thank you to the @edgarortizagency @protectwithmvs and Farmers Insurance for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful community event. It’s always an honor to serve our community—whether that’s helping protect families through insurance or simply showing up to support our neighbors.

And of course, thank you to everyone who came out, walked, ran, volunteered, and made today so special. We loved cheering each of you on! 🙌🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💙

Some people need a quote.
Some people just need someone they can trust to answer a few questions.

Whether you’re wondering if you’re paying too much, not sure what your policy actually covers, buying a new home, adding a vehicle, or just want a second opinion—I’m always happy to help.

No pressure. No obligation. Just honest advice and a chance to see if I can help protect what matters most to you.
