Thursday is coming, and we would love to have you join us for a group run at Marie Kerr Park at 6:30pm. We meet by the yellow gate (By the gym; park in the pool parking lot), and we run 1.5-mile loops around the park. We would love to see you there!

Long Beach was such an unexpected run for me. I told myself before the race: no PR, no pace, no pressure — just go out there, have fun, and feel free to run. And somehow, that made this one of the most enjoyable races I’ve done. I was fully present, taking in the views, the energy, and everything beautiful Long Beach had to offer. This run reminded me that sometimes the best races happen when you stop chasing a number and just enjoy the moment. I’ll definitely be back next year. ❤️🏃‍♀️🌊 #LongBeachHalfMarathon #LongBeachRunning #HalfMarathon #RunningJourney #RunTogether RunningCouple CouplesWhoRun RunHappy RunFree RaceDay 13Point1 RunnerLife

Great job, girls! We showed up, pushed through, and lifted one another every step of the way. The miles felt lighter because we ran them together—with friendship, laughter, and perseverance. 🏃‍♀️💕

To every woman chasing a goal: keep going, even when it feels hard. Believe in your strength, celebrate your progress, and be the friend who reminds others that they can do it, too. Together, we are stronger. 🫶

So grateful to my man for cheering us on and capturing these empowering moments. ❤️@aka_jinx @suby16 for doing my hair 🎥 Miles 9 to 13 #WomenSupportingWomen #StrongerTogether #WomenWhoRun #RunningGirls #RunTogether FitnessMotivation RunningMotivation

Thursday evenings are built for movement and good company, and tonight High Desert Runners is bringing the community together for We Run Thursday at Marie Kerr Park. Every pace belongs out here, from dedicated walkers soaking up the golden hour to runners clocking evening miles, because celebrating every single step is what this group does best. No matter your age, experience, or speed, there is a place for you right alongside us. We gather tonight at 6:30 PM by the yellow gate next to the gym, in the pool parking lot off 27th Street West and Rancho Vista Blvd, so head on over and let us close out the day moving together. #HighDesertRunners #WeRunThursday #MarieKerrPark #AntelopeValley

Another race, another beautiful reminder of how strong we are when we show up for ourselves. 🏃‍♀️❤️ The Bimbo Run was filled with inspiring people giving it their all, and my heart is so full of pride for everyone who crossed that finish line. Sharing this running journey with my love makes every step even more special. 🫶🏅#bimborace2026 #BimboRun #RunningJourney #RaceDay #runwithlove

This is what 48 looks like for me—doing this with the love of my life, loving deeply, living fully, embracing my body, and chasing the dream of running my first marathon. Every step carries the strength of everything I’ve overcome, the joy of the life I’m blessed to live, and the love that makes it all worthwhile. Stronger, happier, and more grateful than ever. ✨🏃‍♀️❤️#ThisIsWhat48LooksLike #LoveOfMyLife #LovingDeeply #LivingFully #EmbracingMyBody MarathonJourney FirstMarathon EveryStepCounts StrongerThanEver

First, I want to thank God for today’s opportunity to be part of the AV Run Clubs coming together as ONE to show our support for Trio Coffee House. 🙏🏽

Big thank you to Mario for creating today’s 5K route in the shape of a “T.” It was a great route, and everyone absolutely killed it! 🏃🏽‍♂️🔥

It was awesome seeing so many runners and clubs united, supporting each other and showing what our running community is all about. 🤝🏽❤️

7 miles, and there were moments I wanted to give up. But I kept going. That feeling when you finish something your mind told you to quit—that’s what makes running so special. ❤️‍🔥🏃‍♀️7MilesDone #AlmostQuit #ButIDidnt #KeepShowingUp #RunnerMindset #RunningMotivation RunThroughIt StrongerThanYesterday EarnedNotGiven RunLife RunnersOfInstagram NeverGiveUp OneMoreMile WorthTheStruggle
