With VDHM coming up next Sunday, this session was all about finding the balance between HYROX conditioning and race-day freshness.

I didn’t go all out on the runs. Instead, I focused on maximising cadence, keeping my turnover sharp, and staying efficient under fatigue. The goal was to get quality work in without compromising my legs ahead of race day.

Not every session needs to be an all-out effort. Sometimes, the smartest training is knowing when to push and when to hold back.

Train hard, Race smart, Trust the process.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped waiting for life to change and started changing myself.

Through the days I doubted myself, the nights I felt lost, and the moments nobody saw me fighting…

I kept showing up.

Not because I had it all figured out, but because some part of me still believed I was meant for more.
