No fireworks.
No perfect day.
Just one small win, stacked on the last one.

That’s how strength is built: show up, add a little, repeat.
Consistency > intensity.
Progress > perfection.

Choose your circle carefully. Surround yourself with people who push you beyond your limits, challenge your weaknesses, and inspire you to become better every day. Stay close to those who believe in your potential, even when you doubt yourself. The right circle doesn't compete with you — they grow with you. 💯🔥🫂

Gujarat HYROX is set for Nov 26–28.
This block = building the strength base that your race will run on.

Right now: strength and running separate, building a big engine and strong legs.

Next Block: HYROX-specific movements, linking runs to stations.

Final 4 weeks: training every station under fatigue, just like race day.

If you’re registered, this is your sign to start the strength series today. 🚀

Strength isn’t built on race day
it’s built in these quiet, heavy reps long before the start line.

10th HM - 1:14:18 Overall 🥉(4 years of continuous podium finishes @wipro_bengaluru_marathon )

I honestly wasn't prepared for a 1:14, as I was down with dengue and had no proper training (only did 2 interval sessions and a tempo run). During training, I felt like I was running a marathon every session, and my body was not supporting me at all.

During the race, I had only one thing in mind: just enjoy the race instead of chasing a PB or a podium. I am grateful to God that all the hard work I have done over the years helped me finish strong. My muscle memory surprised me and changed my thinking, as my body was easily crushing the uphills at 3:32–3:35 pace. One of the best races in terms of learning and preparation for my future 📈.

During the run - 500 ml of Unived Elite mix & 3 unived 100 gel @univedsports

Thanks to @pumaindia for supporting me on my journey.

Thanks to @rebalancesportstherapyclinic & vathan sir 🥶🥶🥶

A special thanks to all my NNCK @nnck_nanunimmack members for their constant support and push during the training and on the race.

Patience - Consistency - Discipline - Hardwork 🔁

What a privilege to suffer with bro.
8 stations. 8 kilometres. Two guys, one race.

Every station was a bit easier because someone who wasn’t quitting was right next to him.

That’s what doubles is about. You don’t race it for the time. You race it for the person beside you.

Tag the one you’d suffer with. 🙌🏽
